The previous version of am335x-fb.c contained the functionalities of two
drivers that this patch has split. It was a video type driver that used
the same registration compatible string that now registers a panel type
driver. The proof of this is that two compatible strings were referred
to within the same driver.
There are now two drivers, each with its own compatible string,
functions and API.
Furthermore, the panel driver, in addition to decoding the display
timings, is now also able to manage the backlight.

Add the "u-boot,dm-pre-reloc" property to the "ti,tilcdc,panel"
compatible node. In this way the video-uclass module can allocate the
amount of memory needed to be assigned to the frame buffer.
For boards that support Linux the property is added to the *-u-boot.dtsi
file since it is a u-boot specific dt flag.
Ran building tests with CONFIG_AM335X_LCD enabled and disabled for the
following configurations:
- brxre1_defconfig --> success
- am335x_guardian_defconfig --> success
- am335x_evm_defconfig --> success
- da850evm_defconfig --> failure with CONFIG_AM335X_LCD enabled
Enabling CONFIG_AM335X_LCD in da850evm_defconfig causes building errors
even without applying the patch. The driver has never been enabled on the
da850 and must be adapted for this platform.

There is no reason not to use the Linux "jedec,spi-nor" binding in U-Boot
dts files. This compatible has been added in sf_probe, let use it.
This patch switches to jedec,spi-nor when spi-flash is used in the DTS
and DTSI files, and removed spi-flash when jedec,spi-nor is already
present.
The x86 dts are switched in a separate commit since it depends on a change
in fdtdec.
