Vasili Galka	7d89982b7a	Remove ${objtree}/include/asm/proc/ link ... mkconfig links ${objtree}/include/asm/proc/ to ${srctree}/arch/${arch}/include/asm/proc-armv/. This seems to be a remnant from the past. Ever since its introduction in 2003 it is used only in ARM build and always links to same place, so let's simplify the code, remove it and reference directly where needed. Masahiro Yamada	643aae1406	include: delete include/linux/config.h ... Linux Kernel abolished include/linux/config.h long time ago. (around version v2.6.18..v2.6.19) We don't need to provide Linux copatibility any more. This commit deletes include/linux/config.h and fixes source files not to include this. Peter Tyser	819833af39	Move architecture-specific includes to arch/$ARCH/include/asm ... This helps to clean up the include/ directory so that it only contains non-architecture-specific headers and also matches Linux's directory layout which many U-Boot developers are already familiar with.
