2e8d47c641 ARM: meson: Sync Amlogic DT from Linux 5.14 
Import Amlogic DT changes from Linux commit 7d2a07b76933 ("Linux 5.14"),
dt-bindings clock changes and new meson-g12b-gsking-x.dts,
meson-sm1-bananapi-m5 & odroid-hc4 boards.

78a08019cd ARM: dts: Sync Amlogic Meson AXG DT from Linux 4.20-rc1 
Synchronize the Amlogic AXG Device Tree files and bindings include from
the recent Linux 4.20-rc1, because it includes patches fixing support for
U-boot.
