1da598208d sunxi: Fix clock_twi_onoff for sun9i 
Fix a copy and paste error which caused us to use the uart rather then
the twi reset bits in clock_twi_onoff for sun9i.

dacc0881ac sun9i: Add sun9i (A80) clock setup support 
Add initial sun9i (A80) clock setup support, enough to get the uart + mmc
going.
