Add code to build the eMMC variant of the Colibri iMX6ULL, i.e. the
'Colibri iMX6ULL 1GB' which has a eMMC instead of the raw NAND used
on other SKUs.

Integrate new Toradex SKU 0062 Colibri iMX6ULL 1GB IT. This commit
basically adjusts three parameters of the RAM settings:
Increase density from 4Gb to 8Gb
Increase ROW address from 15 to 16
Increase tRFC (refresh command time) from 260 to 350
This timing is valid for all Toradex Colibri iMX6ULL SKUs

- In most of the codebase, we reference CONFIG_SYS_LOAD_ADDR and not
CONFIG_LOADADDR.
- Generally, CONFIG_SYS_LOADADDR is set to CONFIG_LOADADDR and then as
noted, we use CONFIG_SYS_LOADADDR.

Currently the config options CONFIG_SYS_DFU_DATA_BUF_SIZE and
CONFIG_SYS_DFU_MAX_FILE_SIZE are being set in include/configs/<board>.h
files and also in <board_name>_defconfig files without a Kconfig option. It
is easier for users to set these configs in defconfig files than in config
header files as they are a part of the source code.
Add Kconfig symbols, and update the defconfigs by using tools/moveconfig.py
script.

TFTP transfer size can be used to re-size the TFTP progress bar on
single line based on the server reported file size. The support for
this has been around from 2019, but it was never converted to proper
Kconfig.
While adding this new Kconfig, enable it by default for OMAP2+ and K3
devices also.

Enable and set preboot var with fdtfile evaluation.
preboot will be checked and run immediately before starting the
CONFIG_BOOTDELAY countdown and/or running the auto-boot command resp.
entering interactive mode.
This provides possibility to use different boot cmds in interactive mode
without manual setting fdtfile value, as it it's already evaluated
before entering interactive mode.

When using distro boot to boot from UBI volumes the boot partition
has been hardcoded to "UBI" (capital letters). However, our default
MTD layout uses "ubi" (lower case letter). Define "ubi" as the
default UBI partition for distro boot for Toradex. This allows to
use distro boot without having to redefine the MTD partition layout
which is useful for TorizonCore.

Remove 'fdt_high' and 'initrd_high' environment variables (set to 0xFFFFFFFF)
from default environment which prevents relocation of FDT and initrd.
Rely on 'bootm_size' value instead to safely relocate kernel, device tree and
initrd.

- In ARMv8 NXP Layerscape platforms we also need to make use of
CONFIG_SYS_RELOC_GD_ENV_ADDR now, do so.
- On ENV_IS_IN_REMOTE, CONFIG_ENV_OFFSET is never used, drop the define
to 0.
- Add Kconfig entry for ENV_ADDR.
- Make ENV_ADDR / ENV_OFFSET depend on the env locations that use it.
- Add ENV_xxx_REDUND options that depend on their primary option and
SYS_REDUNDAND_ENVIRONMENT
- On a number of PowerPC platforms, use SPL_ENV_ADDR not CONFIG_ENV_ADDR
for the pre-main-U-Boot environment location.
- On ENV_IS_IN_SPI_FLASH, check not for CONFIG_ENV_ADDR being set but
rather it being non-zero, as it will now be zero by default.
- Rework the env_offset absolute in env/embedded.o to not use
CONFIG_ENV_OFFSET as it was the only use of ENV_OFFSET within
ENV_IS_IN_FLASH.
- Migrate all platforms.

Convert CONFIG_SYS_NAND_USE_FLASH_BBT to Kconfig, update defconfigs,
headers and whitelist.
Please note that this symbol already was used in Kconfig
(imply in CONFIG_NAND_ATMEL) which did not work, since this symbol was
not available in Kconfig. This changes now with this patch and all
boards with CONFIG_NAND_ATMEL will have BBT enabled. Which is what
I also need on my GARDENA AT91SAM based board.

Replace usage of "/dev/mmcblk*p*" with a proper UUID of rootfs
partition. This fixes the issue, when MMC controllers are probed in
a different order in U-boot and Linux kernel.

Currently $loadaddr and $fdt_addr_r point to the same address. This
might be not ideal for some distro boot scripts which make use of
$loadaddr after loading the device tree.
Make sure the two variables point to two different addresses. Moving
$loadaddr is not entirly trivial since it is defined in mx6_common.h.
Move $fdt_addr_r and $ramdisk_addr_r by 1MiB, which should be enough
for scripts.

We have the following cases:
- CONFIG_NR_DRAM_BANKS was defined, migrate normally
- CONFIG_NR_DRAM_BANKS_MAX was defined and then used for
CONFIG_NR_DRAM_BANKS after a check, just migrate it over now.
- CONFIG_NR_DRAM_BANKS was very oddly defined on p2771-0000-* (to 1024 +
2), set this to 8.
