1606085409 cmd: Rename CMD_MISC to CMD_SLEEP 
The "cmd/Kconfig" has a TODO description for CMD_MISC that it should
really be named as CMD_SLEEP. Change it in the whole source tree.

Total Compute is based on ARM architecture and has
the following features enabled in u-boot:
- PL011 UART
- PL180 MMC
- NOR Flash
- FIT image with Signature
- AVB
