A number of rk3229/rk3288 DT files are synced from Linux.
Add a maintainer to look after them and to help with
review and testing.

Support tinker-s board. The board is equivalent of tinker board
except of emmc.

Miniarm is the internal project code. Now it is officially named Tinker board.
So rename it.
