R-Car SoCs of rmobile have same IP of sh-i2c, and have same address.
This moves sh-i2c of the address defined to rcar-base.h as common header of
R-Car SoCs, and headers of each SoCs.

If CONFIG_RMOBILE_EXTRAM_BOOT is enabled, U-Boot is booted from External RAM.
The default boot address is 0x70000000.

Becuase the board select menu in arch/arm/Kconfig is too big,
move the Rmobile board select menu to rmobile/Kconfig.
Consolidate also common settings (CONFIG_SYS_CPU="armv7" and
CONFIG_SYS_SOC="rmobile").

echi-rmobile does not support xHCI. This removes xHCI address
from address table. And this revise a value of CONFIG_USB_MAX_CONTROLLER_COUNT
for lager board and koelsh board.

CONFIG_SH_TMU_CLK_FREQ of koelsch is calculated from the external clock.
This defines RMOBILE_XTAL_CLK, this updates the calculation of
CONFIG_SH_TMU_CLK_FREQ.

Koelsch board has NOR-Flash. But user uses SPI-Flash ROM instead of NOR-Flash.
This removed the setting of NOR-Flash.

CONFIG_SYS_GBL_DATA_SIZE is not used any more.
The size of struct "global_data" is automatically calculated
by asm-offsets. (See lib/asm-offsets.c)
GENERATED_GBL_DATA_SIZE should be used instead of
CONFIG_SYS_GBL_DATA_SIZE.
