bananapi r2 can be booted from sd-card and emmc
saving the environment have to choose the storage
from which the device has booted
also the offset is set to 1MB to make sure env is written
to block "user data area" between uboot and first partition

This patch replace OF_EMBED with OF_SEPARATE of defconfig files of
MediaTek boards because now OF_EMBED is only used for debugging purpose.

Enable ethernet related configs to mt7623n_bpir2_defconfig.
Add default IP addresses.

This adds a general board file based on MT7623 SoCs from MediaTek.
As this u-boot is loaded by MTK proprietary preloader, there is no
low level initializtion codes.
