8c103c33fb dm: dts: Convert driver model tags to use new schema 
Now that Linux has accepted these tags, move the device tree files in
U-Boot over to use them.

3a6d7ef389 imx: mx6ull/z_14x14_evk: clean up UART iomux 
After DM_SERIAL, and set pinctrl_uart1 as pre-reloc, no need initialize
iomux at board file.
