Currently the following hang is observed when booting a imx6sx-sdb
board:
U-Boot 2020.01-rc5-00004-g643366bcd5 (Dec 19 2019 - 14:56:23 -0300)
CPU: Freescale i.MX6SX rev1.0 996 MHz (running at 792 MHz)
CPU: Extended Commercial temperature grade (-20C to 105C) at 32C
Reset cause: POR
Model: Freescale i.MX6 SoloX SDB RevB Board
Board: MX6SX SABRE SDB revA
DRAM: 1 GiB
initcall sequence bffd8514 failed at call 87804cc0 (err=-19)
### ERROR ### Please RESET the board ###
When pmic_get() is used with DM the first parameter must be
the complete node name plus the unit address.
Fix the pmic_get() parameter to fix the boot regression.
Tested on a imx6sx-sdb and imx6q-sabresd boards.

When U-Boot started using SPDX tags we were among the early adopters and
there weren't a lot of other examples to borrow from. So we picked the
area of the file that usually had a full license text and replaced it
with an appropriate SPDX-License-Identifier: entry. Since then, the
Linux Kernel has adopted SPDX tags and they place it as the very first
line in a file (except where shebangs are used, then it's second line)
and with slightly different comment styles than us.
In part due to community overlap, in part due to better tag visibility
and in part for other minor reasons, switch over to that style.
This commit changes all instances where we have a single declared
license in the tag as both the before and after are identical in tag
contents. There's also a few places where I found we did not have a tag
and have introduced one.

Add pfuze dm code, this code could be enabled with CONFIG_DM_PMIC_PFUZE100.

According to the Coverity result, a unsigned int variable is used fo less-
than-zero comparison, the result is never true. Need to fix the variable
type to signed int.

If enable DM PMIC and REGULATOR, we should not use original power
framework. So need to comment out the pfuze code for original power
framework, when CONFIG_DM_PMIC_PFUZE100 defined.

This patch is to implement pmic_mode_init function, and add prototype
in header file.
This function is to set switching mode for pmic buck regulators to
improve system efficiency.
Mode:
OFF: The regulator is switched off and the output voltage is discharged.
PFM: In this mode, the regulator is always in PFM mode, which
is useful at light loads for optimized efficiency.
PWM: In this mode, the regulator is always in PWM mode operation
regardless of load conditions.
APS: In this mode, the regulator moves automatically between
pulse skipping mode and PWM mode depending on load conditions.

Since the Pfuze initializations are similar on various mx6 SABRE
boards. Factorize the initialization to a common function in file
board/freescale/common/pfuze.c. So that all SABRE boards BSP can
share the function.
