Both symbols must be enabled when there is a raw NAND driver
selected. Also enable them when CONFIG_CMD_NAND is selected to avoid
breaking things when we'll further rework the MTD dependency

- In ARMv8 NXP Layerscape platforms we also need to make use of
CONFIG_SYS_RELOC_GD_ENV_ADDR now, do so.
- On ENV_IS_IN_REMOTE, CONFIG_ENV_OFFSET is never used, drop the define
to 0.
- Add Kconfig entry for ENV_ADDR.
- Make ENV_ADDR / ENV_OFFSET depend on the env locations that use it.
- Add ENV_xxx_REDUND options that depend on their primary option and
SYS_REDUNDAND_ENVIRONMENT
- On a number of PowerPC platforms, use SPL_ENV_ADDR not CONFIG_ENV_ADDR
for the pre-main-U-Boot environment location.
- On ENV_IS_IN_SPI_FLASH, check not for CONFIG_ENV_ADDR being set but
rather it being non-zero, as it will now be zero by default.
- Rework the env_offset absolute in env/embedded.o to not use
CONFIG_ENV_OFFSET as it was the only use of ENV_OFFSET within
ENV_IS_IN_FLASH.
- Migrate all platforms.

Today in initr_reloc_global_data() we use some non-obvious tests to
determine if we need to relocate the env_addr within gd or not. In
order to facilitate migration of other symbols to Kconfig we need to
introduce a new symbol for this particular use case.

With the 256KB of OCRAM available to SPL now, there should be
enough room to enable the pinmuxing in SPL from the device tree.
This patch enables SPL_PINCTRL et al and adds the serial and
usdhc pin mux references to the -u-boot.dtsi file so the pins can be
configured from the device tree.

Since this board config only supports, the i.MX6D/i.MX6Q configurations,
256K of on-chip RAM is available which increases the space available
to SPL to help further reduce board code and further enable device tree
functions.
This patch enables 256K of RAM.

In order to call preloader_console_init from board_init_f when
DM_SERIAL is enabled, it neesd to call spl_early_init() to get early access
to DM and device tree.
This patch calls spl_early_init just before preloader_console_init()
and enables DM_SERIAL and SPL_DM_SERIAL.

Convert CONFIG_SYS_NAND_USE_FLASH_BBT to Kconfig, update defconfigs,
headers and whitelist.
Please note that this symbol already was used in Kconfig
(imply in CONFIG_NAND_ATMEL) which did not work, since this symbol was
not available in Kconfig. This changes now with this patch and all
boards with CONFIG_NAND_ATMEL will have BBT enabled. Which is what
I also need on my GARDENA AT91SAM based board.

With the spl code correctly returning either MMC1 or MMC2,
this board can not boot either from internal eMMC (MMC1) or
the uSD card on the baseboard (MMC2) using the device tree.

Some variations of the imx6q_logic board have eMMC instead of
NAND. Rather than creating a separate defconfig, this patch
adds the ability to read/write to eMMC (mmc 0:1) when NAND
doesn't exist.

With UUID support, the root can now point to UUID. This makes
swiching between mmc 0 and mmc 1 easier by simplying changing
mmcdev between 0 and 1. From there, the scripts handle the rest.

The MMC booting wasn't previously fitting into the codespace.
This patch enables MMC booting from the baseboard by reducing
some DM overhead during SPL.

The bounce buffer is used by a few drivers (most of the MMC drivers)
to overcome limitations in their respective DMA implementation.
This moves the configuration to Kconfig and makes it user-selectable
(even though it will be a required feature to make those drivers
work): the expected usage is for drivers depending on this to 'select'
it unconditionally from their respective Kconfig (see follow-up
patches).
This commit includes a full migration using moveconfig.py to ensure
that each commit compiles. To ensure bisectability we update
dependencies of various drivers to now select BOUNCE_BUFFER when needed.

We have the following cases:
- CONFIG_NR_DRAM_BANKS was defined, migrate normally
- CONFIG_NR_DRAM_BANKS_MAX was defined and then used for
CONFIG_NR_DRAM_BANKS after a check, just migrate it over now.
- CONFIG_NR_DRAM_BANKS was very oddly defined on p2771-0000-* (to 1024 +
2), set this to 8.

Since the vast majority of i.MX6 boards are migrating to SPL,
this patch converts im6q_logic to SPL and enables the SDP for
loading SPL and u-boot.img over USB. The Falcon mode only
supports NAND flash as of now due to limited space/RAM, but
all i.MX6D/Q SOM's from Logic PD have internal NAND from which
to boot.

On the NIOS2 and Xtensa architectures, we do not have
CONFIG_SYS_TEXT_BASE set. This is a strict migration of the current
values into the defconfig and removing them from the headers.
I did not attempt to add more default values in and for now will leave
that to maintainers.

When CONFIG_DM_MMC=y, CONFIG_BLK should be selected, otherwise the
SD/eMMC card cannot be used.
Also, select CONFIG_DM_USB=y when CONFIG_USB=y to avoid build failure.
