Caleb Connolly	53b2c7af69	pinctrl: qcom: move out of mach-snapdragon ... Move the Qualcomm pinctrl drivers out of mach-snapdragon and over to the rest of the pinctrl drivers, adjust the drivers so that support for each platform can be enabled/disabled individually and introduce platform specific configuration options.
