715e709038 ARM: stm32: Add IWDG handling into PSCI suspend code
In case the IWDG is enabled by either U-Boot or Linux, the IWDG can never
be disabled again. That includes low power states, which means that if the
IWDG is enabled, the SoC would reset itself after a while in suspend via
the IWDG. This is not desired behavior.

It is possible to enable IWDG pre-timeout IRQ which is routed into the EXTI,
and use that IRQ to wake the CPU up before the IWDG timeout is reached and
reset is triggered. This pre-timeout IRQ can be used to reload the WDT and
then suspend the CPU again every once in a while.

Implement this functionality for both IWDG1 and IWDG2 by reading out all
the unmasked IRQs, comparing the list with currently pending IRQs in GICv3:
- If any IRQ is pending and it is NOT IWDG1 or IWDG2 pre-timeout IRQ,
wake up and let OS handle the IRQs
- If IWDG1 or IWDG2 IRQ is pending and no other IRQ is pending,
ping the respective IWDG and suspend again

This does not seem to have any adverse impact on power consumption in suspend.

d6ae183965 stm32mp: psci: Retain MCUDIVR, PLL3CR, PLL4CR, MSSCKSELR across suspend
The SoC seems to lose the values of MCUDIVR, PLL3CR, PLL4CR, RCC_MSSCKSELR
during suspend/resume cycle, cache them and reinstate their values on resume.

b49105320a stm32mp: psci: Implement PSCI system suspend and DRAM SSR
Implement PSCI system suspend and placement of DRAM into SSR while the
CPUs are in suspend. This saves non-trivial amount of power in suspend,
on 2x W632GU6NB-15 ~710mW.

90526e9fba common: Drop net.h from common header
Move this header out of the common header. Network support is used in
quite a few places but it still does not warrant blanket inclusion.

Note that this net.h header itself has quite a lot in it. It could be
split into the driver-mode support, functions, structures, checksumming,
etc.

bb7288ef1c stm32mp1: psci: add synchronization with ROM code
Use SGI0 interruption and TAMP_BACKUP_MAGIC_NUMBER
to synchronize the core1 boot sequence requested by
core0 in psci_cpu_on():
- a initial interruption is needed in ROM code after
  RCC_MP_GRSTCSETR_MPUP1RST (psci_cpu_off)
- the ROM code set to 0 the 2 registers
  + TAMP_BACKUP_BRANCH_ADDRESS
  + TAMP_BACKUP_MAGIC_NUMBER
when magic is not egual to
  BOOT_API_A7_CORE0_MAGIC_NUMBER

This patch solve issue for cpu1 restart in kernel.
