63d3192984 net: phy: dp83867: add workaround for incorrect RX_CTRL pin strap
The data manual for DP83867IR/CR, SNLS484E[1], revised march 2017,
advises that strapping RX_DV/RX_CTRL pin in mode 1 and 2 is not
supported (see note below Table 5 (4-Level Strap Pins)).

It further advises that if a board has this pin strapped in mode 1 and
mode 2, then bit[7] of Configuration Register 4 (address 0x0031) must
be cleared to 0. This is to ensure proper operation of PHY.

Since it is not possible to detect in software if RX_DV/RX_CTRL pin is
incorrectly strapped, add a device-tree property to advertise this and
allow corrective action in software.

83d290c56f SPDX: Convert all of our single license tags to Linux Kernel style
When U-Boot started using SPDX tags we were among the early adopters and
there weren't a lot of other examples to borrow from. So we picked the
area of the file that usually had a full license text and replaced it
with an appropriate SPDX-License-Identifier: entry. Since then, the
Linux Kernel has adopted SPDX tags and they place it as the very first
line in a file (except where shebangs are used, then it's second line)
and with slightly different comment styles than us.

In part due to community overlap, in part due to better tag visibility
and in part for other minor reasons, switch over to that style.

This commit changes all instances where we have a single declared
license in the tag as both the before and after are identical in tag
contents. There's also a few places where I found we did not have a tag
and have introduced one.

da409ccc4a dm: core: Replace of_offset with accessor (part 2)

8abdeadc5c net: phy: ti: Fix dp83867 RGMII_TXID interface path
There is code that is specifically for RGMII_TXID interface, but this
will never get used because the code checks that the RGMII interface
is RGMII_ID to RGMII_RXID; RGMII_TXID is after this.

To fix this and avoid similar problems in the future, use the
phy_interface_is_rgmii helper function.

0a71cd7729 net: phy: dp83867: Add SGMII helper for configuration
The code assumed that if the interface is not RGMII configured
then it must be SGMII configured. This device has the ability
to support most of the MII interfaces. Therefore add the
helper for SGMII and only configure the device if the interface is
configured for SGMII.

Not all devices use the same internal delay or fifo depth.
Add the ability to set the internal delay for rx or tx and the

If devicetree is not used then use the default defines within the
