2ff3db3a1c usb: Update the test to cover reading and writing
Add test coverage for blk_write() as well.

The blk_erase() is not tested for now as the USB stor interface does not
support erase.

606b926f9d dm: blk: Add udevice functions
At present we have functions called blk_dread(), etc., which take a
struct blk_desc * to refer to the block device. Add some functions which
use udevice instead, since this is more in keeping with how driver model
is supposed to work.

Update one of the tests to use this.

Note that it would be nice to update the functions in disk-uclass.c to use
these new functions. However they are not quite the same. For example,
disk_blk_read() adds the partition offset to 'start' when calling the
cache read/fill functions, but does not with part_blk_read(), which does
the addition itself. So as designed the code is duplicated.

c670aeee3d common: rename getc() to getchar()
The sandbox is built with the SDL2 library with invokes the X11 library
which in turn calls getc(). But getc() in glibc is defined as

    int getc(FILE *)

This does not match our definition.

    int getc(void)

The sandbox crashes when called with parameter -l.

Rename our library symbol getc() to getchar().

e180c2b129 dm: Rename DM test flags to make them more generic
The test flags used by driver model are currently not available to other
tests. Rather than creating two sets of flags, make these flags generic
by changing the DM_ prefix to UT_ and moving them to the test.h header.

This will allow adding other test flags without confusion.

c03b7612ea usb: provide a device tree node to USB devices
It is possible to specify a device tree node for an USB device. This is
useful if you have a static USB setup and want to use aliases which
point to these nodes, like on the Raspberry Pi.
The nodes are matched against their hub port number, the compatible
strings are not matched for now.

12f1e7908a dm: test: usb: rework keyboard test
Allow the unit test to pass full 8 byte scan code sequences to the USB
keyboard emulation driver and to parse multi-byte escape sequences.

The following features are not yet tested:

* LED status
* caps-lock
* num-lock
* numerical pad keys

The following features are not yet implemented by the USB keyboard
driver and therefore not tested:

* modifiers for non-alpha-numeric keys, e.g. <SHIFT><TAB> and <ALT><F4>
* some special keys, e.g. <PRINT>
* some modifiers, e.g. <ALT> and <META>
* alternative keyboard layouts

83d290c56f SPDX: Convert all of our single license tags to Linux Kernel style
When U-Boot started using SPDX tags we were among the early adopters and
there weren't a lot of other examples to borrow from. So we picked the
area of the file that usually had a full license text and replaced it
with an appropriate SPDX-License-Identifier: entry. Since then, the
Linux Kernel has adopted SPDX tags and they place it as the very first
line in a file (except where shebangs are used, then it's second line)
and with slightly different comment styles than us.

In part due to community overlap, in part due to better tag visibility
and in part for other minor reasons, switch over to that style.

This commit changes all instances where we have a single declared
license in the tag as both the before and after are identical in tag
contents. There's also a few places where I found we did not have a tag
and have introduced one.

f4d4f7d41c test: dm: usb: Update test cases for USB
Now that we have changed to remove all devices under the root hub in
usb_stop(), and corrected the USB emulator select logic, it makes no
sense to do various tests based on 'usb tree' output since the order
of devices is no longer fixed. Remove these USB test cases related
to 'usb tree'.

For the USB remove test, ideally we should remove an emulator device
node from the device tree, but this is so far not working. Change to
test the 'usb stop' only.

61ccd886e2 dm: usb: Clean up USB after each test
The USB subsystem has a few counters that need to be reset since they are
stored in static variables rather than driver-model data. An example is
usb_max_devs. Ultimately we should move this data into the USB uclass.

For now, make sure that USB is reset after each test, so that the counters
go back to zero.

Note: this is not a perfect solution: It a USB test fails it will exit
immediately and leave USB un-reset. The impact here is that it may cause
subsequence test failures in the same run.

7c4213f6a5 block: pass block dev not num to read/write/erase()
This will allow the implementation to make use of data in the block_dev
structure beyond the base device number. This will be useful so that eMMC
block devices can encompass the HW partition ID rather than treating this
out-of-band. Equally, the existence of the priv field is crying out for
this patch to exist.
