Replace it by including of mvebu-u-boot.dtsi file. When board does not use
-u-boot.dtsi then mvebu-u-boot.dtsi is included automatically by makefile
scripts/Makefile.lib.

When storing the UBoot Environment in for example EXT4,
the U-Boot build is broken for several reasons:
1. armada-385-turris-omnia-u-boot.dtsi will not allow
CONFIG_ENV_OFFSET and CONFIG_ENV_SIZE to be undefined
2. armada-37xx/board.c ft_board_setup function does not
exist if CONFIG_ENV_IS_IN_SPI_FLASH is not defined
This commit changes these files so that selecting a
different location for the environment is possible.

Specify a separate partition `u-boot-env` for U-Boot's env settings for
the Turris Omnia board.
Do this only in U-Boot's specific DTS. We do not want to do this in
Linux' official DTS, because Omnia's stock U-Boot stores env at a
different address, and there are still boards with stock U-Boot.
In a subsequent patch will add board code that fixes Linux's DTB before
booting Linux.

called `spi-nor@0`.
Rename node spi-flash@0 in Turris Omnia's -u-boot.dtsi file to spi-nor@0
so that U-Boot does not try to probe the same SPI NOR device multiple

There is no reason not to use the Linux "jedec,spi-nor" binding in U-Boot
dts files. This compatible has been added in sf_probe, let use it.
This patch switches to jedec,spi-nor when spi-flash is used in the DTS
and DTSI files, and removed spi-flash when jedec,spi-nor is already
present.
The x86 dts are switched in a separate commit since it depends on a change
in fdtdec.

When U-Boot started using SPDX tags we were among the early adopters and
there weren't a lot of other examples to borrow from. So we picked the
area of the file that usually had a full license text and replaced it
with an appropriate SPDX-License-Identifier: entry. Since then, the
Linux Kernel has adopted SPDX tags and they place it as the very first
line in a file (except where shebangs are used, then it's second line)
and with slightly different comment styles than us.
In part due to community overlap, in part due to better tag visibility
and in part for other minor reasons, switch over to that style.
This commit changes all instances where we have a single declared
license in the tag as both the before and after are identical in tag
contents. There's also a few places where I found we did not have a tag
and have introduced one.

7b7db5ab. Added is also a -u-boot.dtsi file with these additions:
- aliases for I2C and SPI devices are added, because i2cmux and
SPI flash doesn't work otherwise
- spi_flash node has been added so that the new DM API works
- the ATSHA204A node is added in the i2c@5 node
- "u-boot,dm-pre-reloc"s are added in needed nodes for SPL
build to work correctly
