Enable ENV_IS_IN_EXT4 and all relative flags to be able to
load/save environment in EXT4 partition.
This will allows to load/save environment on both sdcard and eMMC.
As for stm32mp15, bootfs has not the same partition number on sdcard
and on eMMC, we use "auto" key which allows to find the first
partition in device with bootable flag which is partition 4 on sdcard
and partition 2 on eMMC.

Remove the HOST support for STM32MP1 USBO device = OTG DWC2.
The current DWC2 driver have no dynamic detection of device,
So it is dangerous to have start 3V3 when PC is
connected to the micro USB connector.
=> it is preferable to have only DEVICE support
CONFIG_USB_GADGET_DWC2_OTG for OTG port
See DWC3 driver for clean dual role support...

We have the following cases:
- CONFIG_NR_DRAM_BANKS was defined, migrate normally
- CONFIG_NR_DRAM_BANKS_MAX was defined and then used for
CONFIG_NR_DRAM_BANKS after a check, just migrate it over now.
- CONFIG_NR_DRAM_BANKS was very oddly defined on p2771-0000-* (to 1024 +
2), set this to 8.

Add support of stm32mp157c-ev1, the evaluation board with pmic stpmu1

EV1 is the selected board by default in basic defconfig.

Enable DM_REGULATOR_STPMU1 flag to activate regulator
driver for STM32MP15 SoC and CMD_REGULATOR flag to be
able to set/get regulator state int U-boot command line.
Disable PMIC_CHILDREN as this flag is not needed in SPL
for STM32MP1.
