- moved DM part to drivers/pinctrl

Commit-notes:
Open questions / discussion:

- I let the old none DM based implementation in code
  so boards should work with old implementation.

  This should be removed if all boards are converted to
  DM/DTS.

- Unfortunately linux DTS does not use "pinctrl-"
  properties, instead "pio-handle" properties.

  Even worser old U-Boot code initializes all pins
  defined in "const qe_iop_conf_t qe_iop_conf_tab[]"
  table in board code. As linux does the same I decided
  to also scan through all subnodes containing "pio-map"
  property and initialize them too.

  The proper solution would be to check for "pio-handle"
  when a device is probed.

83d290c56f SPDX: Convert all of our single license tags to Linux Kernel style
When U-Boot started using SPDX tags we were among the early adopters and
there weren't a lot of other examples to borrow from. So we picked the
area of the file that usually had a full license text and replaced it
with an appropriate SPDX-License-Identifier: entry. Since then, the
Linux Kernel has adopted SPDX tags and they place it as the very first
line in a file (except where shebangs are used, then it's second line)
and with slightly different comment styles than us.

In part due to community overlap, in part due to better tag visibility
and in part for other minor reasons, switch over to that style.

This commit changes all instances where we have a single declared
license in the tag as both the before and after are identical in tag
contents. There's also a few places where I found we did not have a tag
and have introduced one.

ac337168ad powerpc: add 2 common dcache assembly functions
This patch defines the 2 flush_dcache_range and invalidate_dcache_range
functions for all the powerpc architecture. Their implementation is
borrowed from the kernel's misc_32.S file and replace the ones from
mpc86xx and ppc4xx since they were equivalent.

This is a fix for the problem introduced by this patch:

1df99080cb powerpc/mpc8349: Use generic mpc85xx DDR driver
MPC8349 has been using mpc85xx DDR driver through a symbolic link to
mpc85xx_ddr_gen2.c. After consolidating the drivers to a single set
under driver/ddr/fsl/, the link is replaced by referring driver
directly. We now can simply enable the macro and use the driver.
Other mpc83xx SoCs still use their own driver.

06c14117c4 powerpc: convert makefiles to Kbuild style
Note:
arch/powerpc/cpu/mpc8260/Makefile is originally like follows:

    ---<snip>---
    START   = start.o kgdb.o
    COBJS   = traps.o serial_smc.o serial_scc.o cpu.o cpu_init.o speed.o \
    ---<snip>---
    COBJS-$(CONFIG_ETHER_ON_SCC) = ether_scc.o
    ---<snip>---
    $(LIB): $(OBJS)
            $(call cmd_link_o_target, $(OBJS) $(obj)kgdb.o)

The link rule `$(call cmd_link_o_target, $(OBJS) $(obj)kgdb.o)'
is weird.
kbdg.o is not included in $(OBJS) but linked into $(LIB)
and $(LIB) is not dependent on kgdb.o.
(Broken dependency tracking)

So,
    START   = start.o kgdb.o
shoud have been
    START   = start.o
    SOBJS   = kgdb.o

That is why this commit adds kgdb.o to obj-y, not to extra-y.

d29d17d7ba powerpc/mpc83xx: Migrate from spd_sdram to unified DDR driver
Unified DDR driver is maintained for better performance, robustness and bug
fixes. Upgrading to use unified DDR driver for MPC83xx takes advantage of
overall improvement. It requires changes for board files to customize
platform-dependent parameters.

To utilize the unified DDR driver, a board needs to define CONFIG_FSL_DDRx
in the header file. No more boards will be accepted without such definition.

Note: the workaround for erratum DDR6 for the very old MPC834x Rev 1.0/1.1
and MPC8360 Rev 1.1/1.2 parts is not migrated to unified driver.

6d8962e814 Switch from archive libraries to partial linking
Before this commit, weak symbols were not overridden by non-weak symbols
found in archive libraries when linking with recent versions of
binutils. As stated in the System V ABI, "the link editor does not
extract archive members to resolve undefined weak symbols".

This commit changes all Makefiles to use partial linking (ld -r) instead
of creating library archives, which forces all symbols to participate in
linking, allowing non-weak symbols to override weak symbols as intended.
This approach is also used by Linux, from which the gmake function
cmd_link_o_target (defined in config.mk and used in all Makefiles) is
inspired.

The name of each former library archive is preserved except for
extensions which change from ".a" to ".o". This commit updates
references accordingly where needed, in particular in some linker
scripts.

This commit reveals board configurations that exclude some features but
include source files that depend these disabled features in the build,
resulting in undefined symbols. Known such cases include:
- disabling CMD_NET but not CMD_NFS;
- enabling CONFIG_OF_LIBFDT but not CONFIG_QE.

a47a12becf Move arch/ppc to arch/powerpc
As discussed on the list, move "arch/ppc" to "arch/powerpc" to
better match the Linux directory structure.

Please note that this patch also changes the "ppc" target in
MAKEALL to "powerpc" to match this new infrastructure. But "ppc"
is kept as an alias for now, to not break compatibility with
scripts using this name.
