The rest of the unmigrated CONFIG symbols in the CONFIG_SYS_SDRAM
namespace do not easily transition to Kconfig. In many cases they likely
should come from the device tree instead. Move these out of CONFIG
namespace and in to CFG namespace.

Instead of reading a pseudo-rom mac address from the device tree, just use
whatever we get from write_hwaddr. This has the effect of using the mac
address from the environment (or from the device tree, if it is
specified).

The way the PCI nodes are written today causes a number of warnings if
we stop disabling some of the warnings we pass to DTC. As these
warnings aren't disabled in current Linux Kernel builds, we should aim
to not disable them here either, so rewrite these slightly. Update the
driver model doc as well.
