762592cb5c Correct SPL uses of FEC_MXC 
This converts 4 usages of this option to the non-SPL form, since there is
no SPL_FEC_MXC defined in Kconfig

Add support for iMX8MN VAR-SOM-MX8M-NANO board. Enables support for:

- 1GiB DDR4 RAM
- 16 GiB eMMC
- SD card
- Gigabit ethernet
- USBOTG1 peripheral - fastboot
