Change all code that conditionally operates on high bat
registers (that is, BATs 4-7) to look at CONFIG_HIGH_BATS
instead of the myriad ways this is done now. Define the option
for every config for which high bats are supported (and
enabled by early boot, on parts where they're not always
enabled)

This commit gets rid of a huge amount of silly white-space issues.
Especially, all sequences of SPACEs followed by TAB characters get
removed (unless they appear in print statements).
Also remove all embedded "vim:" and "vi:" statements which hide
indentation problems.

The latter version stops when "run load" fails for whatever reasons
rendering the combination *a lot* more secure.

can do so, on one line, in their own board_add_ram_info()
implementation.
this consequently eliminates CONFIG_ADD_RAM_INFO.

This patch adds support for the Prodrive P3M750 (PPC750 & MV64460)
and the P3M7448 (MPC7448 & MV64460) PMC modules. Both modules are
quite similar and share the same board directory "prodrive/p3mx"
and the same config file "p3mx.h".
