CONFIG_SYSRESET_CMD_POWEROFF defines do_poweroff() in sysreset-uclass.c
that's why don't define it twice when both CONFIG_SYSRESET_CMD_POWEROFF and
CONFIG_CMD_POWEROFF are enabled. CONFIG_SYSRESET_CMD_POWEROFF depends on
CONFIG_CMD_POWEROFF.

This commit does the same thing as Linux commit 33def8498fdd.
Use a more generic form for __section that requires quotes to avoid
complications with clang and gcc differences.
Remove the quote operator # from compiler_attributes.h __section macro.
Convert all unquoted __section(foo) uses to quoted __section("foo").
Also convert __attribute__((section("foo"))) uses to __section("foo")
even if the __attribute__ has multiple list entry forms.

Adds support for:
* PSCI_FEATURES, which was introduced in PSCI 1.0. This provides API
that allows discovering whether a specific PSCI function is implemented
and its features.
* SYSTEM_RESET2, which was introduced in PSCI 1.1, which extends existing
SYSTEM_RESET. It provides support for vendor-specific resets, providing
reset_type as an additional param.
For additional details visit [1].
Implementations of some functions were borrowed from Linux PSCI driver
code [2].

There is no reason to bind psci driver if U-Boot runs in EL3 because
SMC/HVC instructions can't be called. That's why detect this state and
don't let user to crash from prompt by performing reset or poweroff
commands (if enabled).

Move the variable psci_method in .data section when EFI is not
activated and the psci driver safely access it before relocation.
Without this patch the variable is located in .bss section
and the psci probe requested before relocation corrupts the device
tree (probe is requested by board_f.c::print_resetinfo()).
When EFI_LOADER is activated, this variable in already located in the
.data.efi_runtime section by __efi_runtime_data.

When CONFIG_OF_LIVE is enabled, dev_of_offset() cannot be used and
if used returns an invalid offset. This causes the call to
fdt_stringlist_get() in the psci_probe() to fail to read the 'method'
property from the PSCI node for the device and hence prevents PSCI
from working. Fix this by using the ofnode_read_string() API instead
of the fdt_stringlist_get() because this will handle reading the
property both when CONFIG_OF_LIVE is enabled or disabled.
Due to the above problem and since commit 81ea00838c ("efi_loader:
PSCI reset and shutdown") was added, the EFI system reset has been
broken for Tegra210 and Tegra196 platforms. This also fixes the EFI
system reset for these Tegra platforms.

We should not use typedefs in U-Boot. They cannot be used as forward
declarations which means that header files must include the full header to
access them.
Drop the typedef and rename the struct to remove the _s suffix which is
now not useful.
This requires quite a few header-file additions.

When an operating system started via bootefi tries to reset or power off
this is done by calling the EFI runtime ResetSystem(). On most ARMv8 system
the actual reset relies on PSCI. Depending on whether the PSCI firmware
resides the hypervisor (EL2) or in the secure monitor (EL3) either an HVC
or an SMC command has to be issued.
The current implementation always uses SMC. This results in crashes on
systems where the PSCI firmware is implemented in the hypervisor, e.g.
qemu-arm64_defconfig.
The logic to decide which call is needed based on the device tree is
already implemented in the PSCI firmware driver. During the EFI runtime
the device driver model is not available. But we can minimize code
duplication by merging the EFI runtime reset and poweroff code with
the PSCI firmware driver.
As the same HVC/SMC problem is also evident for the ARMv8 do_poweroff
and reset_misc routines let's move them into the same code module.

When U-Boot started using SPDX tags we were among the early adopters and
there weren't a lot of other examples to borrow from. So we picked the
area of the file that usually had a full license text and replaced it
with an appropriate SPDX-License-Identifier: entry. Since then, the
Linux Kernel has adopted SPDX tags and they place it as the very first
line in a file (except where shebangs are used, then it's second line)
and with slightly different comment styles than us.
In part due to community overlap, in part due to better tag visibility
and in part for other minor reasons, switch over to that style.
This commit changes all instances where we have a single declared
license in the tag as both the before and after are identical in tag
contents. There's also a few places where I found we did not have a tag
and have introduced one.

Thomas reported U-Boot failed to build host tools if libfdt-devel
package is installed because tools include libfdt headers from

This commit moves the header code:
include/libfdt.h -> include/linux/libfdt.h
include/libfdt_env.h -> include/linux/libfdt_env.h
and replaces include directives:
#include <libfdt.h> -> #include <linux/libfdt.h>
#include <libfdt_env.h> -> #include <linux/libfdt_env.h>

If the system is running PSCI firmware, the System Reset function
(func ID: 0x80000009) is supposed to be handled by PSCI, that is,
the SoC/board specific reset implementation should be moved to PSCI.
U-Boot should call the PSCI service according to the arm-smccc
manner.
The arm-smccc is supported on ARMv7 or later. Especially, ARMv8
generation SoCs are likely to run ARM Trusted Firmware BL31. In
this case, U-Boot is a non-secure world boot loader, so it should
not be able to reset the system directly.
