5abd58f0de sandbox: mmc: Fix up MMC emulator for valgrind
At present running sandbox with valgrind produces some warnings due to the
MMC emulator not filling in all the expected fields. Fix it.

83d290c56f SPDX: Convert all of our single license tags to Linux Kernel style
When U-Boot started using SPDX tags we were among the early adopters and
there weren't a lot of other examples to borrow from. So we picked the
area of the file that usually had a full license text and replaced it
with an appropriate SPDX-License-Identifier: entry. Since then, the
Linux Kernel has adopted SPDX tags and they place it as the very first
line in a file (except where shebangs are used, then it's second line)
and with slightly different comment styles than us.

In part due to community overlap, in part due to better tag visibility
and in part for other minor reasons, switch over to that style.

This commit changes all instances where we have a single declared
license in the tag as both the before and after are identical in tag
contents. There's also a few places where I found we did not have a tag
and have introduced one.

d024236e5a Remove unnecessary instances of DECLARE_GLOBAL_DATA_PTR
We have a large number of places where while we historically referenced
gd in the code we no longer do, as well as cases where the code added
that line "just in case" during development and never dropped it.

49f89252ed dm: mmc: sandbox: Update SD card emulation
The SDcard initialization procedure does a few more things than it did earlier:
* switch the bus width even for 1-bit bus width
* check that speed has been properly set (in resp[4] of SD_CMD_SWITCH_FUNC)

Update the SD simulator to handle those requests gracefully.

24f5aec364 mmc: squash lines for immediate return
These functions can be much simpler by squashing lines for immediate
return.

For *_bind() callbacks, they will be a simple wrapper function of an
upper-level bind API.

For mmc_set_{boot_bus_width,part_conf}, they will be a wrapper of
mmc_switch().

f376a3cbbf dm: mmc: sandbox: Add an SD-card emulation
Add an emulation of an SD card to sandbox, allowing MMC to be used in tests.
The emulation is very simple, supporting only card detection and reading
test data.

8e6cc46178 dm: test: Add a test for the mmc uclass
Add a test to confirm that we can probe this device. Since there is no
MMC stack support in sandbox at present, this is as far as the test goes.
