Simon Glass	4c65025799	binman: Support ELF files for TPL ... We currenty support using the ELF file in U-Boot proper and SPL, but not TPL. Simon Glass	741f2d620c	binman: Move to three-digit test-file numbers ... We now have 99 tests. Before adding any more, rename everything to three digits.
