Sync the serial nodes of the LX2160A based boards with their
representation in Linux. We also imported the clockgen and sysclk nodes
which are dependencies.

During the LS1028A-RDB sync with Linux device trees, it was observed
that the same RTC is present on the two boards, and the wrong compatible
string is used in both places. This change updates the RTC from the
LX2160A-RDB to use the compatible string that was established in Linux.

In order to maintain compatibility with the Linux DTS, the entire fsl-mc
node is added but instead of being probed by a dedicated bus driver it
will be a simple-mfd.
Also, annotate the EMDIO1 node and describe the 2 AR8035 RGMII PHYs and
the 2 AQR107 PHYs. Also, add phy-handles for the dpmacs to their
associated PHY.

Configure RX and TX bus-width values to use flexspi in octal I/O mode.
If bus-widths are not specified, then single I/O mode is set by default.

Lx2160ardb need to use i2c0 before relocation, so we also need to set
u-boot, dm-pre-reloc to initialize node before relocation.
