8435179271 common: Add DISPLAY_BOARDINFO 
Create a Kconfig entry for DISPLAY_BOARDINFO and make it be the default
in certain architectures.  Migrate all config files.

202b84ae59 arm: bcm235xx: choose 8-bit phy bus width 
The Kona PHY supports an 8-bit wide UTMI interface,
therefore, choose this Kconfig setting.
