17e21d7cbf ARM: dts: at91: sama7g5: fix signal name of pin PB2 
The signal name of pin PB2 with function F is FLEXCOM11_IO1
as it is defined in the datasheet.

85bffb8185 ARM: mach-at91: update alternate function of signal PD20 
The alternate function of PD20 is 4 as per the datasheet of
sama7g5 and not 5 as defined earlier.
