Enable the extended ENV options for AT91 and OMAP2PLUS in order to be
able to use CONFIG_ENV_UBI_* on these architectures.
As this change also makes the configs ENV_SIZE, ENV_SECT_SIZE,
ENV_OFFSET visible to AT91 and OMAP2PLUS, migrate users of these to
KConfig.
This migration was run using an extended moveconfig.py which evaluates
expressions such as "(512 << 10)". See patch ("moveconfig: expand
simple expressions").
All modified boards were built with SOURCE_DATE_EPOCH=0 before and
after the change and successfully confirmed that the identical binary
is generated (the only exception was igep00x0, which does not define
CONFIG_ENV_IS_IN_UBI in the original board header. Once that is
defined, the test passes too).

Since there is the SPL_USB_HOST_SUPPORT for enabling USB support in SPL,
makes more sense to rename the SPL_USB_SUPPORT as SPL_USB_STORAGE.
Everything that is not part of the usb storage support in SPL is now
build under SPL_USB_HOST_SUPPORT.

This converts the following to Kconfig:
CONFIG_SPI
This partly involves updating code that assumes that CONFIG_SPI implies
things that are specific to the MPC8xx SPI driver. For now, just update
the CONFIG tests. This also involves reworking the default for
CONFIG_SYS_DEF_EEPROM_ADDR so that we don't set it when we cannot make a
reasonable default, as it does not cause any compile failures.

We move all instances of CONFIG_MTDIDS_DEFAULT and
CONFIG_MTDPARTS_DEFAULT from the header files to the defconfig files.
There's a few cases here where we need to expand upon what was in the
header file.

The g_dnl USB settings for the vendor ID, product ID and manufacturer are
actually common settings that can and should be shared by all the gadgets.
Make them common by renaming them, and convert all the users.

In Linux, CONFIG_ARCH_OMAP2PLUS is used for OMAP2 or later SoCs.
Rename CONFIG_ARCH_OMAP2 to CONFIG_ARCH_OMAP2PLUS to follow this
naming.
Move the OMAP2+ board/SoC choice down to mach-omap2/Kconfig to slim
down the arch/arm/Kconfig level.

Enable SPL_USB_HOST_SUPPORT in the default defconfig to allow
booting from USB peripherals. Unlike the non-HS boards, we
already load SPL to a 0x4030_0000+ address, so no other changes
are needed.

We convert CONFIG_PARTITION_UUIDS to Kconfig first. But in order to cleanly
update all of the config files we must also update CMD_PART and CMD_GPT to also
be in Kconfig in order to avoid complex logic elsewhere to update all of the
config files.

This option should not really be user selectable. Note that on PowerPC
we currently only need BOARD_LATE_INIT when CHAIN_OF_TRUST is enabled so be
conditional on that.

An issue in the TI secure image generation tool causes the ROM to
load the SPL at a different load address than what is specified by
CONFIG_ISW_ENTRY_ADDR while doing a peripheral boot.
This causes the SPL to fail on secure devices during peripheral
boot.
The TI secure image generation tool has been fixed so that the SPL
will always be loaded at 0x403018E0 by the ROM code for both
peripheral and memory boot modes. am43x hs defconfig file have been
updated to reflect this change.

Introduce a hidden USB_FUNCTION_DFU Kconfig option and select it for
CMD_DFU (as we must have the DFU command enabled to do anything DFU).
Make all of the entries in drivers/dfu/Kconfig depend on CMD_DFU and add
options for all of the back end choices that DFU can make use of.

Enable the platform-specific post-processing of FIT-extracted blobs such
as Kernel, DTB, and initramfs on TI AM43xx high-security (HS) devices
which will ultimately invoke a ROM-based API call that performs secure
processing such as blob authentication.

Modify the SPL build procedure for AM437x high-security (HS) device
variants to create a secure u-boot_HS.img FIT blob that contains U-Boot
and DTB artifacts signed (and optionally encrypted) with a TI-specific
process based on the CONFIG_TI_SECURE_DEVICE config option and the
externally-provided image signing tool.
Also populate the corresponding FIT image post processing call to be
performed during SPL runtime.

Align the name of the defconfig file for high-security (HS) device variants
from the AM43xx family of SoCs with the corresponding name used for the
general purpose devices. This allows for easier cross-association of those
files and also provides room to grow from an HS device part number
perspective.
Furthermore, update and cleanup associated MAINTAINERS file.
