CONFIG_SYS_GBL_DATA_SIZE is not used any more.
The size of struct "global_data" is automatically calculated
by asm-offsets. (See lib/asm-offsets.c)
GENERATED_GBL_DATA_SIZE should be used instead of
CONFIG_SYS_GBL_DATA_SIZE.

Since commit c2dd0d455 and 45bf05854 introduced
the new cache maintainance framework to ARM,
CONFIG_L2_OFF has not been used at all.

Configuration in vexpress and u8500.v1 is different from what
is needed in u8500.v2. As such, card configuration specifics need
to reside in the board file rather than the driver.
