6a664a7bd4 ARM: zynq: Add missing twd timer for mini configurations
The commit b7e0750d88 ("zynq: Convert arm twd timer to DM driver")
switched timer to DM but missing to add nodes to all mini configurations.
Based on it missing timer end up in non functional system where any delay
doesn't work.

bc353102a0 xilinx: Add jedec compatible string for QSPI (Zynq/ZynqMP)
Add missing "jedec, spi-nor" compatible string for QSPI flash node.
Spi-nor framework uses this compatibility string to probe &
initialize flash. With missing compatibility string we are observing
below error:

Zynq> sf probe 0 0 0
jedec_spi_nor spi_flash@0:0: unrecognized JEDEC id bytes:
00, 00, 00 Failed to initialize SPI flash at 0:0 (error -2)

c25e804dd8 arm: zynq: cse_qspi: Fix overwriting spi-rx-bus-width property
spi-rx-bus-width property is part of flash, so it should be moved
to flash node from qspi node. This patch fixes the incorrect read
of spi-rx-bus-width property by moving it to flash node.

83d290c56f SPDX: Convert all of our single license tags to Linux Kernel style
When U-Boot started using SPDX tags we were among the early adopters and
there weren't a lot of other examples to borrow from. So we picked the
area of the file that usually had a full license text and replaced it
with an appropriate SPDX-License-Identifier: entry. Since then, the
Linux Kernel has adopted SPDX tags and they place it as the very first
line in a file (except where shebangs are used, then it's second line)
and with slightly different comment styles than us.

In part due to community overlap, in part due to better tag visibility
and in part for other minor reasons, switch over to that style.

This commit changes all instances where we have a single declared
license in the tag as both the before and after are identical in tag
contents. There's also a few places where I found we did not have a tag
and have introduced one.

dea4d2f01d arm: zynq: Add mini u-boot configuration for zynq
Add configuration files/dtses for mini u-boot configurations which runs
out of OCM.

ram top is calculated from 0 that's why +#define CONFIG_SYS_SDRAM_BASE
0xfffc0000
+#define CONFIG_SYS_SDRAM_SIZE 0x40000
was hardcoded.
