Handle both 32bit and 64bit systems, i.e. sandbox and sandbox64
the same way drivers/cpu/cpu_sandbox.c does, that is in case
CONFIG_PHYS_64BIT is enabled, assume 64bit address width, else
assume 32bit address width. This fixes ut_dm_dm_test_cpu test
failure on sandbox64.

The cpu nodes in arch/sandbox/dts/test.dts should conform to the devicetree

* the reg property must be provided
* the cpu nodes must have an address

At present flags are stored as part of the device. In preparation for
storing them separately, change the access to go through inline functions.

The test flags used by driver model are currently not available to other
tests. Rather than creating two sets of flags, make these flags generic
by changing the DM_ prefix to UT_ and moving them to the test.h header.
This will allow adding other test flags without confusion.

These header file should not be included in other header files. Remove
them and add to each individual file. Add test/test.h to test/ui.h since
that is a reasonable place.

Different CPUs may support different address widths, meaning the amount of
memory they can address. Add a property for this to the cpu_info struct.
