33fa496aea ARM: dts: am335x-chiliboard: add /chosen/tick-timer 
Commit 4b2be78ab6 ("time: Fix get_ticks being non-monotonic") has
broken boot on chiliboard platform, as it requires '/chosen/tick-timer'
in device-tree. This resulted in following panic message:

  Could not initialize timer (err -19)

Provide missing chosen property in device-tree to fix chiliboard
support.

c28baf6c70 arm: dts: am335x: include am33xx-u-boot.dtsi 
Include the SoC U-boot DTS in each am335x-<board>-u-boot.dtsi.

627d74c79b ARM: dts: am335x-chiliboard: add /chosen/stdout-path 
Add that node path in u-boot overlay dtsi file for now to keep
am335x-chiliboard.dts in sync with Linux.
