With the Kconfig options being deleted, the references to
OMAP_EHCI_PHY are useless. Remove them from the various
defconfigs.

Falcon mode is very useful in improving boot speed. A question that
Falcon mode asks is "Where do I look for the kernel". With MMC boot
media, the correct answer is CONFIG_SYS_MMCSD_RAW_MODE_KERNEL_SECTOR.
The scope of this patch is to move this to Kconfig.
It is possible for a system to support Falcon mode from NOR but not
MMC. In that case, mmc_load_image_raw_os() would not be used. To
address this, conditionally compile mmc_load_image_raw_os() when
SPL_FALCON_BOOT_MMCSD, instead of SPL_OS_BOOT.

The values of CONFIG_NAND_OMAP_ECCSCHEME map to the enum in
include/linux/mtd/omap_gpmc.h for valid ECC schemes. Make which one we
will use be a choice statement, enumerating the ones which we have
implemented.

With bd_info dropped from the data section, the Logic PD OMAP3 boards
and AM3517 fail to boot. Enabling CONFIG_SPL_ALLOC_BD restores
them.

Both symbols must be enabled when there is a raw NAND driver
selected. Also enable them when CONFIG_CMD_NAND is selected to avoid
breaking things when we'll further rework the MTD dependency

Like the other Logic PD OMAP35/DM37 boards, this board has device
tree enabled for U-Boot. This patch converts the board to enable
SPL_OF_CONTROL and further shrinks the device tree in SPL to limit
it to UART3 (console), MMC1, i2c1, and GPIO4 (for mmc1 CD and WP).
There appears to be a bug in minicom so users may need to
switch the minicom terminal emulation to ANSI from VT102 due
to the junk that gets pushed out of the UART on startup.

The PBIAS regulator is available on OMAP3's, and it's shared on
the AM35, so this patch enables that in U-Boot along with GPIO
based regulators.

obj-$(CONFIG_$(SPL_)FS_EXT4) and CONFIG_IS_ENABLED(FS_EXT4) can be

Now that CMD_UBI does not select CMD_MTDPARTS we need to make platforms
that had been enabling it turn it on by hand. This exposed that we had
not yet migrated CMD_MTDPARTS fully, so do so now.

With DM_I2C and DM_GPIO working, this patch can enable the
GPIO expander on the I2C bus. This GPIO expander is connected
to some of the DIP switches and can now read the status of these
pins.

The simple pinctrl driver currently available works with the omap3.
Enabling this will use the device tree to automatically set the
pin-muxing for various drivers.
