With the spl code correctly returning either MMC1 or MMC2,
this board can not boot either from internal eMMC (MMC1) or
the uSD card on the baseboard (MMC2) using the device tree.

Some variations of the imx6q_logic board have eMMC instead of
NAND. Rather than creating a separate defconfig, this patch
adds the ability to read/write to eMMC (mmc 0:1) when NAND
doesn't exist.

With UUID support, the root can now point to UUID. This makes
swiching between mmc 0 and mmc 1 easier by simplying changing
mmcdev between 0 and 1. From there, the scripts handle the rest.

This patch enables Falcon Mode by default and updates the README
file to show instructions on how to run from the micro SD card
or eMMC. This patch also enables fatwrite to help assist with
writing the 'args' to the microSD card.

The MMC booting wasn't previously fitting into the codespace.
This patch enables MMC booting from the baseboard by reducing
some DM overhead during SPL.

The bounce buffer is used by a few drivers (most of the MMC drivers)
to overcome limitations in their respective DMA implementation.
This moves the configuration to Kconfig and makes it user-selectable
(even though it will be a required feature to make those drivers
work): the expected usage is for drivers depending on this to 'select'
it unconditionally from their respective Kconfig (see follow-up
patches).
This commit includes a full migration using moveconfig.py to ensure
that each commit compiles. To ensure bisectability we update
dependencies of various drivers to now select BOUNCE_BUFFER when needed.

We have the following cases:
- CONFIG_NR_DRAM_BANKS was defined, migrate normally
- CONFIG_NR_DRAM_BANKS_MAX was defined and then used for
CONFIG_NR_DRAM_BANKS after a check, just migrate it over now.
- CONFIG_NR_DRAM_BANKS was very oddly defined on p2771-0000-* (to 1024 +
2), set this to 8.

Since the vast majority of i.MX6 boards are migrating to SPL,
this patch converts im6q_logic to SPL and enables the SDP for
loading SPL and u-boot.img over USB. The Falcon mode only
supports NAND flash as of now due to limited space/RAM, but
all i.MX6D/Q SOM's from Logic PD have internal NAND from which
to boot.

On the NIOS2 and Xtensa architectures, we do not have
CONFIG_SYS_TEXT_BASE set. This is a strict migration of the current
values into the defconfig and removing them from the headers.
I did not attempt to add more default values in and for now will leave
that to maintainers.

When CONFIG_DM_MMC=y, CONFIG_BLK should be selected, otherwise the
SD/eMMC card cannot be used.
Also, select CONFIG_DM_USB=y when CONFIG_USB=y to avoid build failure.

This converts the following to Kconfig:

In fact this already exists for sunxi as a 'choice' config. However not
all the choices are available in Kconfig yet so we cannot use that. It
would lead to more than one option being set.
In addition, one purpose of this series is to allow the environment to be
stored in more than one place. So the existing choice is converted to a
normal config allowing each option to be set independently.
There are not many opportunities for Kconfig updates to reduce the size of
this patch. This was tested with
./tools/moveconfig.py -i CONFIG_ENV_IS_IN_MMC
And then manual updates. This is because for CHAIN_OF_TRUST boards they
can only have ENV_IS_NOWHERE set, so we enforce that via Kconfig logic
now.

Logic PD has an i.MX6Q system on module (SOM) with a development kit. The
SOM has a built-in microSD socket, DDR and NAND flash. The development kit
has an SMSC Ethernet PHY, serial debug port and a variety of peripherals.
This have been verified to boot the i.MX6Q version over either SD
on the development kit or NAND built into the SOM. Items in the dtsi file
are specific to the SOM itself. Items in the dts file are in the baseboard.
Future versions of the SOM will come out supporting the same basebord and
potentially future base boards will come out supporting the same SOM.
