Sync imx8mm.dtsi with linux-next 20231019.
The motivation for doing this sync was a bug when doing "ums 0 mmc 1"
on imx8mm-evk. It worked well for the first time, but after doing
a CTRL+C and launching the ums again, the command did not work.
Adam Ford suggested to sync imx8mm.dtsi with the Linux dts, as there was
a recent USB power domain reorganization there.
After syncing the imx8mm.dtsi with Linux, the ums command works without
problem after a CTRL+C.

The fsl, usbphy DT property is deprecated, replace it with phys DT
property and specify #phy-cells, so that the generic PHY framework
can parse the PHY bindings without any extra hacking.

There have been some updates to the device tree since 5.6.
This also includes some clocks, and makes it easier to keep
board device tree files in sync with Linux

This patch synchronizes the device tree with that from 5.6.7.
This also adds nodes for crypto and ddrc, which makes keeping
the device tree files from individual boards in sync with the
Linux kernel. This is helpful when boads reference those nodes.
