Commit 181bd9dc61 "kconfig: add config option for shell prompt" replaced
define V_PROMPT with Kconfig option SYS_PROMPT. This crossed with patches
adding Tegra T210 boards. Migrate the boards to the new scheme.

Several files are out of order. This means that when the moveconfig tool
moves CONFIG options to Kconfig it generates a large diff. To avoid this,
reorder the files first.

All T114+ Tegra boards should be using the Kconfig
TEGRA114_SPI switch. Remove it from include/config
and put it into defconfig. Also removed unused
TEGRA114_SPI_CTRLS from T114+ configs.
All Tegra SoCs build OK with this change.

Based on Venice2, incorporates Stephen Warren's
latest P2571 pinmux table.
With Thierry Reding's 64-bit build fixes, this
will build and and boot in 64-bit on my P2571
(when used with a 32-bit AVP loader).
