Migrate CONFIG_SYS_USR_EXCEP to Kconfig. Also, rename it to
XILINX_MICROBLAZE0_USR_EXCEP in order to match the naming convention of
microblaze-generic Kconfig options.

Microblaze is one the last two users of the CONFIG_SYS_RESET_ADDRESS
macro (the other is arch/powerpc/cpu/mpc8xx/cpu.c, but the macro is not
defined anywhere in powerpc code, so it should be removed there too).
Replace CONFIG_SYS_RESET_ADDRESS usage in start.S with
CONFIG_SYS_TEXT_BASE. If the reset address should really be
user-configurable, a new Kconfig option could be added.

Microblaze has three boot modes defined in microblaze/include/asm/spl.h,
but only booting from NOR flash is currently useable. Add a custom
board_boot_order() implementation so that RAM and SPI boot modes can also
be selected if the corresponding load-image support is present.

board_fdt_blob_setup() uses the _end symbol to find the dtb in the non-spl
case. In order to allow microblaze builds to compile successfully with
CONFIG_OF_SEPARATE, the _end symbol must be defined. Align microblaze with
the other architectures and use _end symbol rather than __end to mark the
end of the u-boot binary.

Add a host Kconfig for OF_LIBFDT. With this we can use
CONFIG_IS_ENABLED(OF_LIBFDT) directly in the tools build, so drop the

Move this out of the common header and include it only where needed. In
a number of cases this requires adding "struct udevice;" to avoid adding
another large header or in other cases replacing / adding missing header
files that had been pulled in, very indirectly. Finally, we have a few
cases where we did not need to include <asm/global_data.h> at all, so
remove that include.

GCC's garbage collector works for Microblaze for quite a long time but none
has enabled it.
The same change has be done for example by commit fac4790491 ("arc:
Eliminate unused code and data with GCC's garbage collector").
Before:

Currently, the exceptions setup code is duplicated in pre-relocation and
post-relocation init. Factor out this code to __setup_exceptions asm
routine to get rid of the duplication.
__setup_exceptions is called with a relocation offset parameter (r5)
which is set to zero for pre-reloc init and gd->reloc_off for post-reloc
exception setup.

The Kconfig symbol CONFIG_STACK_SIZE is used both by ARM and Microblaze
with the same meaning. Move it to menu 'General setup' so that we can use
it for all architectures.
Use the value of CONFIG_STACK_SIZE instead of a hard coded 16 MiB value for
reserving memory in the UEFI sub-system.

In order to support the compiler providing information used within
Kconfig itself we cannot have the compiler be determined by
arch/*/config.mk as we will not be able to evaluate that yet. Given
that most documentation tells people to specify CROSS_COMPILE, remove
these references.

We should not use typedefs in U-Boot. They cannot be used as forward
declarations which means that header files must include the full header to
access them.
Drop the typedef and rename the struct to remove the _s suffix which is
now not useful.
This requires quite a few header-file additions.

Move this header out of the common header. Network support is used in
quite a few places but it still does not warrant blanket inclusion.
Note that this net.h header itself has quite a lot in it. It could be
split into the driver-mode support, functions, structures, checksumming,

like an obvious choice for hang(), even though it relates to panic(). So
let's put hang() in its own header.

These functions do not use driver model but are fairly widely used in
U-Boot. But it is not clear that they will use driver model anytime soon,
so we don't want to label them as 'legacy'.
Move them to a new irq_func.h header file. Avoid the name 'irq.h' since it
is widely used in U-Boot already.

Record two bootstages and add "Starting kernel" message to have standard
handoff message between U-Boot and OS.

Setup initrd_high and fdt_high to be placed in lowmem space for kernel to
be able to reach it. Values are setup at run time to ensure that the same
setting can be used on different memory setup. Do this setting only when
variables are not
Similar run time detection was done for Zynqmp and Versal.

There is no reason to use private code for standard bootm command.
Current implementation is also broken and don't support image relocation
properly. Switching to generic bootm implementation is fixing these issues.
cmdline and bdt bootm subcommands are returning -1 because they are not
implemented.

This fixes SPL linker script size checks for 3 lds files where the size
checks were implemented as "x < YYY_MAX_SIZE".

All architectures have the same definition for s8/16/32/64
and u8/16/32/64.
Factor out the duplicated code into <asm-generic/int-ll64.h>.
BTW, Linux unified the kernel space definition into int-ll64.h
a few years ago as you see in Linux commit 0c79a8e29b5f
("asm/types.h: Remove include/asm-generic/int-l64.h").

We have the following cases:
- CONFIG_NR_DRAM_BANKS was defined, migrate normally
- CONFIG_NR_DRAM_BANKS_MAX was defined and then used for
CONFIG_NR_DRAM_BANKS after a check, just migrate it over now.
- CONFIG_NR_DRAM_BANKS was very oddly defined on p2771-0000-* (to 1024 +
2), set this to 8.

CMD_DM is used for debug purpose and it shouldn't be enabled by default
via Kconfig. Unfortunately this is in the tree for quite a long time
that's why solution is to use imply DM for all targets which are
enabling DM.

Converting GPIO to DM requires to do changes in reset subsystem
that's why support for Microblaze soft reset via sysreset and GPIO
sysreset support was added.
These two patches enables enabling GPIO DM.
Microblaze soft reset is bind at last reset method.
GPIO reset is handled via sysreset with adding this fragment to DT.

hard-reset-gpio property is not documented and also handled.
