Julien Panis	fb93bd8d26	drivers: spi: omap3_spi: Initialize mode for all channels ... At first SPI transfers, multiple chip selects can be enabled simultaneously. This requires moving all omap3_spi platform data structures and symbols to an omap3_spi.h so that the board file can access them.
