256126c294 buildman: Replace the Options column with config name
This appears in boards.cfg but we want to remove it. Drop support for
generating it and reading it. Detect an old boards.cfg file that has
this field and regenerate it, to avoid problems.

Instead, add the config name in that place. This fixes a subtle bug in
the generation code, since it uses 'target' for the config name and then
overwrites the value in scan() by setting params['target'] to the name
of the defconfig. The defconfig name is not the same as the
SYS_CONFIG_NAME variable.

With this change, we still have the config name and it can be searched
by buildman, e.g. with:

   buildman -nv sun5i

c52bd22539 buildman: Split out Boards into its own file
Use a separate file for the Boards class so that its name matches the
module name.

Fix up the function names to match the pylint style and fix some other
warnings.

f4ed4706ef buildman: Avoid using board as a variable
We have a module called 'board'. Sometimes buildman uses 'brd' as an
instance variable but sometimes it uses 'board', which is confusing and
can mess with the module handling. Update the code to use 'brd'
consistently, making it easier for tools to determine when the module
is being referenced.

0689036a35 buildman: Add a --boards option to specify particular boards to build
At present 'buildman sandbox' will build all 5 boards for the sandbox
architecture rather than the single board 'sandbox'. The only current way
to exclude sandbox_spl, sandbox_noblk, etc. is to use -x which is a bit
clumbsy.

Add a --boards option to allow individual build targets to be specified.

83d290c56f SPDX: Convert all of our single license tags to Linux Kernel style
When U-Boot started using SPDX tags we were among the early adopters and
there weren't a lot of other examples to borrow from. So we picked the
area of the file that usually had a full license text and replaced it
with an appropriate SPDX-License-Identifier: entry. Since then, the
Linux Kernel has adopted SPDX tags and they place it as the very first
line in a file (except where shebangs are used, then it's second line)
and with slightly different comment styles than us.

In part due to community overlap, in part due to better tag visibility
and in part for other minor reasons, switch over to that style.

This commit changes all instances where we have a single declared
license in the tag as both the before and after are identical in tag
contents. There's also a few places where I found we did not have a tag
and have introduced one.

3cf4ae6f86 buildman: Implement an option to exclude boards from the build
Some boards are known to be broken and it is convenient to be able to
exclude them from the build.

Add an --exclude option to specific boards to exclude. This uses the
same matching rules as the normal 'include' arguments, and is a comma-
separated list of regular expressions.

6131beab69 buildman: Introduce an 'and' operator for board selection
Currently buildman allows a list of boards to build to be specified on the
command line. The list can include specific board names, architecture, SOC
and so on.

At present the list of boards is dealt with in an 'OR' fashion, and there
is no way to specify something like 'arm & freescale', meaning boards with
ARM architecture but only those made by Freescale. This would exclude the
PowerPC boards made by Freescale.

Support an '&' operator on the command line to permit this. Ensure that
arguments can be specified in a single string to permit easy shell quoting.

8426d8b089 buildman: make board selector argument a regex
A common use-case is to build all boards for a particular SoC. This can
be achieved by:

./tools/buildman/buildman -b mainline_dev tegra20

However, when the SoC is a member of a family of SoCs, and each SoC has
a different name, it would be even more useful to build all boards for
every SoC in that family. This currently isn't possible since buildman's
board selection command-line arguments are compared to board definitions
using pure string equality.

To enable this, compare using a regex match instead. This matches
MAKEALL's handling of command-line arguments. This enables:

(all Tegra)
./tools/buildman/buildman -b mainline_dev tegra

(all Tegra)
./tools/buildman/buildman -b mainline_dev '^tegra.*$'

(all Tegra20, Tegra30 boards, but not Tegra114)
./tools/buildman/buildman -b mainline_dev 'tegra[23]'

fc3fe1c287 buildman - U-Boot multi-threaded builder and summary tool
This tool handles building U-Boot to check that you have not broken it
with your patch series. It can build each individual commit and report
which boards fail on which commits, and which errors come up. It also
shows differences in image sizes due to particular commits.

Buildman aims to make full use of multi-processor machines.

Documentation and caveats are in tools/buildman/README.
