At some point back in 2018 prior_stage_fdt_address and OF_PRIOR_STAGE got
introduced, in order to support a DTB handed over by an earlier stage boo
loader. However we have another option in the Kconfig (OF_BOARD) which has
identical semantics.
On RISC-V some of the boards pick up the DTB from a1 and copy it in their
private gd_t. Apart from that they copy it to prior_stage_fdt_address, if
the Kconfig option is selected, which is unnecessary.
So let's switch the config option for those boards to OF_BOARD and define
the required board_fdt_blob_setup() for them.

There should be a platform compiled with the new driver.
Enable CONFIG_SYSRESET_SBI for all QEMU boards using SBI.
If you want to test the SBI sysreset driver, disable
CONFIG_SYSRESET_SYSCON.

- In ARMv8 NXP Layerscape platforms we also need to make use of
CONFIG_SYS_RELOC_GD_ENV_ADDR now, do so.
- On ENV_IS_IN_REMOTE, CONFIG_ENV_OFFSET is never used, drop the define
to 0.
- Add Kconfig entry for ENV_ADDR.
- Make ENV_ADDR / ENV_OFFSET depend on the env locations that use it.
- Add ENV_xxx_REDUND options that depend on their primary option and
SYS_REDUNDAND_ENVIRONMENT
- On a number of PowerPC platforms, use SPL_ENV_ADDR not CONFIG_ENV_ADDR
for the pre-main-U-Boot environment location.
- On ENV_IS_IN_SPI_FLASH, check not for CONFIG_ENV_ADDR being set but
rather it being non-zero, as it will now be zero by default.
- Rework the env_offset absolute in env/embedded.o to not use
CONFIG_ENV_OFFSET as it was the only use of ENV_OFFSET within
ENV_IS_IN_FLASH.
- Migrate all platforms.

Today in initr_reloc_global_data() we use some non-obvious tests to
determine if we need to relocate the env_addr within gd or not. In
order to facilitate migration of other symbols to Kconfig we need to
introduce a new symbol for this particular use case.

To reduce the default image size CONFIG_CMD_NVEDIT_EFI was disabled by
default. Re-enable it on the QEMU platforms supporting the UEFI sub-system.

Enable CONFIG_CMD_BOOTEFI_SELFTEST for the QEMU RISC-V boards.
Travis CI QEMU testing has been enabled for qemu-riscv64_defconfig. With
this patch we will test the UEFI sub-system on the board.

This patch adds S-mode defconfigs for QEMU virt machine so
that we can run u-boot in S-mode on QEMU using M-mode runtime
firmware (BBL or equivalent).
