Boot scripts for existing Espressobin Linux distributions, like OpenWRT,
expect that U-Boot set fdt_addr and kernel_addr envs. So add env aliases
from fdt_addr_r and kernel_addr_r values.

Current loadaddr is not writable on Espressobin and 'loadb' command cause
rebooting board. Marvell's U-Boot already set default loadaddr to value
0x06000000 [1] and after this change 'loadb' is working fine.

According to Marvell's U-Boot description [1] current env load addresses
overlaps with ATF RT services region and TEE. Because the ATF RT service
and TEE region is going to be marked as secure and can't be overwritten,
use different different addresses for envs.

- In ARMv8 NXP Layerscape platforms we also need to make use of
CONFIG_SYS_RELOC_GD_ENV_ADDR now, do so.
- On ENV_IS_IN_REMOTE, CONFIG_ENV_OFFSET is never used, drop the define
to 0.
- Add Kconfig entry for ENV_ADDR.
- Make ENV_ADDR / ENV_OFFSET depend on the env locations that use it.
- Add ENV_xxx_REDUND options that depend on their primary option and
SYS_REDUNDAND_ENVIRONMENT
- On a number of PowerPC platforms, use SPL_ENV_ADDR not CONFIG_ENV_ADDR
for the pre-main-U-Boot environment location.
- On ENV_IS_IN_SPI_FLASH, check not for CONFIG_ENV_ADDR being set but
rather it being non-zero, as it will now be zero by default.
- Rework the env_offset absolute in env/embedded.o to not use
CONFIG_ENV_OFFSET as it was the only use of ENV_OFFSET within
ENV_IS_IN_FLASH.
- Migrate all platforms.

Both are together in one commit, since otherwise the former causes kconfig
to define the latter, which gives duplicate symbol errors.
Includes a manual fixup for CONFIG_PREBOOT in ids8313_defconfig since the
backslash lands in the wrong place. Similarly with socfpga_vining_fpga.

We have the following cases:
- CONFIG_NR_DRAM_BANKS was defined, migrate normally
- CONFIG_NR_DRAM_BANKS_MAX was defined and then used for
CONFIG_NR_DRAM_BANKS after a check, just migrate it over now.
- CONFIG_NR_DRAM_BANKS was very oddly defined on p2771-0000-* (to 1024 +
2), set this to 8.

CONFIG_MTD_DEVICE is required for the mtdparts command and but it is missing from the mvebu_armada-37xx.h
CONFIG_MTD_PARTITIONS is needed for the ubi support. Some of the Marvell based devices may require this as well.

When U-Boot started using SPDX tags we were among the early adopters and
there weren't a lot of other examples to borrow from. So we picked the
area of the file that usually had a full license text and replaced it
with an appropriate SPDX-License-Identifier: entry. Since then, the
Linux Kernel has adopted SPDX tags and they place it as the very first
line in a file (except where shebangs are used, then it's second line)
and with slightly different comment styles than us.
In part due to community overlap, in part due to better tag visibility
and in part for other minor reasons, switch over to that style.
This commit changes all instances where we have a single declared
license in the tag as both the before and after are identical in tag
contents. There's also a few places where I found we did not have a tag
and have introduced one.

On the NIOS2 and Xtensa architectures, we do not have
CONFIG_SYS_TEXT_BASE set. This is a strict migration of the current
values into the defconfig and removing them from the headers.
I did not attempt to add more default values in and for now will leave
that to maintainers.

fat.h unconditionally defines CONFIG_SUPPORT_VFAT (and has done since
2003), so as a result VFAT support is always enabled regardless of
whether a board config defines it or not. Drop this unnecessary option.

CONFIG_USB_HOST_ETHER is the framework that the drivers are dependent on
USB_HOST_ETHER. Use this as a menu and move the existing LAN75XX and
LAN78XX options under new menu. Finally update the defconfigs that need
CONFIG_USB_HOST_ETHER.
