e61ed48ff5 ARM: at91: Remove hardware.h included in configs 
As said in READRE.kconfig, include/configs/*.h will be removed
after all options are switched to Kconfig. As the first step,
remove the follow line from include/configs/*.h.

 #include <asm/hardware.h>

eced5a7eb4 ARM: cpu: at91: clean up peripheral clock code 
Due to introducing the new peripheral clock handle functions,
use these functions to clean up the duplicated code.

Meanwhile, remove unneeded header file include, at91_pmc.h.
