Now, arch/${ARCH}/include/asm/errno.h and include/linux/errno.h have
the same content. (both just wrap <asm-generic/errno.h>)
Replace all include directives for <asm/errno.h> with <linux/errno.h>.

Override the default name_to_gpio() function with one that
accepts strings of the form bank:pin. If a colon is present
in the provided name, it behaves like the default version.
This lets the "gpio" command work with sane names rather than
requiring the user to enter the bank/pin composite in decimal.

Setting the direction and an output value should be done by
1) set the desired output value,
2) switch to output.
If this is done in the inverse order, there can be a glitch on
the GPIO line.
This patch fixes this by using the order as described above.

As the register accessing mode is the same for all i.MXS SoCs we ought

Remove the unused gpio_toggle() function which is not part of the API
