5038d7f189 ppc: Zap Hymod board
Remove this board as this is the only one last user of eeprom_probe(),
which is pretty non-standard stuff.

This patch also removes all the PHP, SQL and CSS stuff from U-Boot,
which probably makes U-Boot a bit less IoT ;-)

03b004074f PowerPC: drop some 74xx_7xx boards and related code
The file board/Marvell/include/mv_gen_reg.h is incompatible with
the GPL (see for example the "MARVELL RESERVES THE RIGHT AT ITS SOLE
DISCRETION TO REQUEST THAT THIS CODE BE IMMEDIATELY RETURNED TO
MARVELL" clause). As this cannot be fixed, we remove the file and all
code that depends on it. Fortunately this only affects some very old
boards that have long reached EOL:

9bf499ace8 powerpc/T4240QDS/eth: some fix for XFI
XFI is supported on T4QDS-XFI board, which removed slot3, and four LANEs
of serdes2 are routed to a SFP+ cages, which to house fiber cable or
direct attach cable(copper), the copper cable is used to emulate the
10GBASE-KR scenario.

So, for XFI usage, there are two scenarios, one will use fiber cable,
another will use copper cable. For fiber cable, there is NO PHY, while
for copper cable, we need to use internal PHY which exist in Serdes to
do auto-negotiation and link training, which implemented in kernel.
We use hwconfig to define cable type for XFI, and fixup dtb based on the
cable type.

For copper cable, set below env in hwconfig:

fsl_10gkr_copper:<10g_mac_name>

the <10g_mac_name> can be fm1_10g1, fm1_10g2, fm2_10g1, fm2_10g2. The
four <10g_mac_name>s do not have to be coexist in hwconfig. For XFI ports,
if a given 10G port will use the copper cable for 10GBASE-KR, set the
<10g_mac_name> of the port in hwconfig, otherwise, fiber cable will be
assumed to be used for the port.

For ex. if four XFI ports will both use copper cable, the hwconfig
should contain:

fsl_10gkr_copper:fm1_10g1,fm1_10g2,fm2_10g1,fm2_10g2

For fiber cable:

1. give PHY address to a XFI port, otherwise, the XFI ports will not be
available in U-boot, there is no PHY physically for XFI when using fiber
cable, this is just to make U-boot happy and we can use the XFI ports
in U-boot.
2. fixup dtb to use fixed-link in case of fiber cable which has no PHY.
Kernel requests that a MAC must have a PHY or fixed-link.

When using XFI protocol, the MAC 9/10 on FM1 should init as 10G interface.

Change serdes 2 protocol 56 to 55 which has same feature as 56 since 56
is not valid any longer.

e0f2f15534 Implement generalised RSA public exponents for verified boot
Remove the verified boot limitation that only allows a single
RSA public exponent of 65537 (F4). This change allows use with

Change the configuration OF tree format to store the RSA public
exponent as a 64 bit integer and implement backward compatibility
for verified boot configuration trees without this extra field.

Parameterise vboot_test.sh to test different public exponents.

4ce9957029 include: define CONFIG_SPL and CONFIG_TPL as 1
We are about to switch to Kconfig in the next commit.
But there are something to get done beforehand.

In Kconfig, include/generated/autoconf.h defines boolean
CONFIG macros as 1.

CONFIG_SPL and CONFIG_TPL, if defined, must be set to 1.
Otherwise, when switching to Kconfig, the build log
would be sprinkled with warning messages like this:

e59f458de6 dm: Introduce per-child data for devices
Some device types can have child devices and want to store information
about them. For example a USB flash stick attached to a USB host
controller would likely use this space. The controller can hold
information about the USB state of each of its children.

The data is stored attached to the child device in the 'parent_priv'
member. It can be auto-allocated by dm when the child is probed. To
do this, add a per_child_auto_alloc_size value to the parent driver.

997c87bb0b dm: Add functions to access a device's children
Devices can have childen that can be addressed by a simple index, the
sequence number or a device tree offset. Add functions to access a child
in each of these ways.

The index is typically used as a fallback when the sequence number is not
available. For example we may use a serial UART with sequence number 0 as
the console, but if no UART has sequence number 0, then we can fall back
to just using the first UART (index 0).

The device tree offset function is useful for buses, where they want to
locate one of their children. The device tree can be scanned to find the
offset of each child, and that offset can then find the device.

5a66a8ff86 dm: Introduce device sequence numbering
In U-Boot it is pretty common to number devices from 0 and access them
on the command line using this numbering. While it may come to pass that
we will move away from this numbering, the possibility seems remote at
present.

Given that devices within a uclass will have an implied numbering, it
makes sense to build this into driver model as a core feature. The cost
is fairly small in terms of code and data space.

With each uclass having numbered devices we can ask for SPI port 0 or
serial port 1 and receive a single device.

Devices typically request a sequence number using aliases in the device
tree. These are resolved when the device is probed, to deal with conflicts.
Sequence numbers need not be sequential and holes are permitted.

At present there is no support for sequence numbers using static platform
data. It could easily be added to 'struct driver_info' if needed, but it
seems better to add features as we find a use for them, and the use of -1
to mean 'no sequence' makes the default value somewhat painful.

00606d7e39 dm: Allow drivers to be marked 'before relocation'
Driver model currently only operates after relocation is complete. In this
state U-Boot typically has a small amount of memory available. In adding
support for driver model prior to relocation we must try to use as little
memory as possible.

In addition, on some machines the memory has not be inited and/or the CPU
is not running at full speed or the data cache is off. These can reduce
execution performance, so the less initialisation that is done before
relocation the better.

An immediately-obvious improvement is to only initialise drivers which are
actually going to be used before relocation. On many boards the only such
driver is a serial UART, so this provides a very large potential benefit.

Allow drivers to mark themselves as 'pre-reloc' which means that they will
be initialised prior to relocation. This can be done either with a driver
flag or with a 'dm,pre-reloc' device tree property.

To support this, the various dm scanning function now take a 'pre_reloc_only'
parameter which indicates that only drivers marked pre-reloc should be
bound.

261d27605c arm: Add support for semihosting for armv8 fastmodel targets.
The armv8 ARM Trusted Firmware (ATF) can be used to load various ATF
images and u-boot, and does this for virtual platforms by using
semihosting. This commit extends this idea by allowing u-boot to also
use semihosting to load the kernel/ramdisk/dtb. This eliminates the need
for a bootwrapper and produces a more realistic boot sequence with
virtual models.

Though the semihosting code is quite generic, support for armv7 in
fastmodel is less useful due to the wide range of available silicon
and the lack of a free armv7 fastmodel, so this change contains an
untested armv7 placeholder for the service trap opcode.

Please refer to doc/README.semihosting for a more detailed description
of semihosting and how it is used with the armv8 virtual platforms.

b80a660338 mtd: nand: omap: add CONFIG_SYS_NAND_BUSWIDTH_16BIT to indicate NAND device bus-width
GPMC controller needs to be configured based on bus-width of the NAND device
connected to it. Also, dynamic detection of NAND bus-width from on-chip ONFI
parameters is not possible in following situations:
SPL: SPL NAND drivers does not support ONFI parameter reading.
U-boot: GPMC controller iniitalization is done in omap_gpmc.c:board_nand_init()
which is called before probing for devices, hence any ONFI parameter
information is not available during GPMC initialization.

Thus, OMAP NAND driver expected board developers to explicitely write GPMC
configurations specific to NAND device attached on board in board files itself.
But this was troublesome for board manufacturers as they need to dive into
lengthy platform & SoC documents to find details of GPMC registers and
appropriate configurations to get NAND device working.

This patch instead adds existing CONFIG_SYS_NAND_BUSWIDTH_16BIT to board config
hich indicates that connected NAND device has x16 bus-width. And then based on
this config GPMC driver itself initializes itself based on NAND bus-width. This
keeps board developers free from knowing GPMC controller specific internals.

258060905e sandbox: move source files from board/ to arch/sandbox/
Prior to commit 33a02da0, all boards must have board/${BOARD}/

It looks weird that sandbox defines "vendor" and "board" just for

3aab70afc5 usb/gadget: add the fastboot gadget
This patch contains an implementation of the fastboot protocol on the
device side and documentation. This is based on USB download gadget
infrastructure. The fastboot function implements the getvar, reboot,
download and reboot commands. What is missing is the flash handling i.e.
writting the image to media.

v3 (Rob Herring):
This is based on http://patchwork.ozlabs.org/patch/126798/ with the
following changes:
- Rebase to current mainline and updates for current gadget API
- Use SPDX identifiers for licenses
- Traced the history and added missing copyright to cmd_fastboot.c
- Use load_addr/load_size for transfer buffer
- Allow vendor strings to be optional
- Set vendor/product ID from config defines
- Allow Ctrl-C to exit fastboot mode
v4:
- Major re-write to use the USB download gadget. Consolidated function
code to a single file.
- Moved globals into single struct.
- Use puts and putc as appropriate.
- Added CONFIG_USB_FASTBOOT_BUF_ADDR and CONFIG_USB_FASTBOOT_BUF_SIZE to
set the fastboot transfer buffer.
v5:
- Add CONFIG option documentation to README
- Rebase using new downloader registration

1551df35f2 arm: Switch to -mno-unaligned-access when supported by the compiler
When we tell the compiler to optimize for ARMv7 (and ARMv6 for that
matter) it assumes a default of SCTRL.A being cleared and unaligned

7424145f30 kbuild: consolidate version and timestamp headers generation
- Generate include/generated/{timestamp.h, version.h}
more simply by using filechk rule.

 - Add $(UBOOTRELEASE) variable and re-write u-boot.imx rule
   more simply.

 - Rename U_BOOT_VERSION in Makefile to UBOOTVERSION

Before this commit, the same variable name, "U_BOOT_VERSION"
was used for two different strings.

One of them was defined in Makefile.
It takes the form like "2014.01-rc1" and used in
   makefiles and script files.

The other is defined in include/generated/version.h
It takes the form like "U-Boot 2014.01-rc1-00010-gbe6d426-dirty"
and used in C and Aseembler.

It is confusing when grepping the source tree. So, this commit
   renames the former to UBOOTVERSION.

6825a95b0b kbuild: use Linux Kernel build scripts
Now we are ready to switch over to real Kbuild.

This commit disables temporary scripts:
  scripts/{Makefile.build.tmp, Makefile.host.tmp}
and enables real Kbuild scripts:
  scripts/{Makefile.build,Makefile.host,Makefile.lib}.

This switch is triggered by the line in scripts/Kbuild.include
  -build := -f $(if $(KBUILD_SRC),$(srctree)/)scripts/Makefile.build.tmp obj
  +build := -f $(if $(KBUILD_SRC),$(srctree)/)scripts/Makefile.build obj

We need to adjust some build scripts for U-Boot.
But smaller amount of modification is preferable.

Additionally, we need to fix compiler flags which are
locally added or removed.

In Kbuild, it is not allowed to change CFLAGS locally.
Instead, ccflags-y, asflags-y, cppflags-y,
CFLAGS_$(basetarget).o, CFLAGS_REMOVE_$(basetarget).o
are prepared for that purpose.

9e4140329e kbuild: change out-of-tree build
This commit changes the working directory
where the build process occurs.

Before this commit, build process occurred under the source
tree for both in-tree and out-of-tree build.

That's why we needed to add $(obj) prefix to all generated
files in makefiles like follows:
  $(obj)u-boot.bin: $(obj)u-boot

Here, $(obj) is empty for in-tree build, whereas it points
to the output directory for out-of-tree build.

And our old build system changes the current working directory
with "make -C <sub-dir>" syntax when descending into the
sub-directories.

On the other hand, Kbuild uses a different idea
to handle out-of-tree build and directory descending.

The build process of Kbuild always occurs under the output tree.
When "O=dir/to/store/output/files" is given, the build system
changes the current working directory to that directory and
restarts the make.

Kbuild uses "make -f $(srctree)/scripts/Makefile.build obj=<sub-dir>"
syntax for descending into sub-directories.
(We can write it like "make $(obj)=<sub-dir>" with a shorthand.)
This means the current working directory is always the top
of the output directory.

92a190aaab net/designware - switch driver to phylib usage
With this change driver will benefit from existing phylib and thus
custom phy functionality implemented in the driver will go away:
 * Instantiation of the driver is now much shorter - 2 parameters
instead of 4.
 * Simplified phy management/functoinality in driver is replaced with
rich functionality of phylib.
 * Support of custom phy initialization is now done with existing
"board_phy_config".

Note that after this change some previously used config options
(driver-specific PHY configuration) will be obsolete and they are simply
substituted with similar options of phylib.

For example:
 * CONFIG_DW_AUTONEG - no need in this one. Autonegotiation is enabled
by default.
 * CONFIG_DW_SEARCH_PHY - if one wants to specify attached phy
explicitly CONFIG_PHY_ADDR board config option has to be used, otherwise
automatically the first discovered on MDIO bus phy will be used

I believe there's no need now in "doc/README.designware_eth" because
user only needs to instantiate the driver with "designware_initialize"
whose prototype exists in "include/netdev.h".

3f719069c8 mtd: nand: omap: add CONFIG_NAND_OMAP_ECCSCHEME for selection of ecc-scheme
This patch adds new CONFIG_NAND_OMAP_ECCSCHEME, replacing other distributed
CONFIG_xx used for selecting NAND ecc-schemes.
This patch aims at solving following issues.

1) Currently ecc-scheme is tied to SoC platform, which prevents user to select
   other ecc-schemes also supported in hardware. like;
 - most of OMAP3 SoC platforms use only 1-bit Hamming ecc-scheme, inspite
the fact that they can use higher ecc-schemes like 8-bit ecc-schemes with
   software based error detection (OMAP_ECC_BCH4_CODE_HW_DETECTION_SW).
 - most of AM33xx SoC plaforms use 8-bit BCH ecc-scheme for now, but hardware
   supports BCH16 ecc-scheme also.

2) Different platforms use different CONFIG_xx to select ecc-schemes, which
adds confusion for user while migrating platforms.
 - *CONFIG_NAND_OMAP_ELM* which enables ELM hardware engine, selects only
    8-bit BCH ecc-scheme with h/w based error-correction (OMAP_ECC_BCH8_CODE_HW)
whereas ELM hardware engine supports other ecc-schemes also like; BCH4,
    and BCH16 (in future).
 - *CONFIG_NAND_OMAP_BCH8* selects 8-bit BCH ecc-scheme with s/w based error
    correction (OMAP_ECC_BCH8_CODE_HW_DETECTION_SW).
 - *CONFIG_SPL_NAND_SOFTECC* selects 1-bit Hamming ecc-scheme using s/w library

Thus adding new *CONFIG_NAND_OMAP_ECCSCHEME* de-couples ecc-scheme dependency
on SoC platform and NAND driver. And user can select ecc-scheme independently

However, selection some hardware based ecc-schemes (OMAP_ECC_BCHx_CODE_HW) still

d016dc42ce mtd: nand: omap: enable BCH ECC scheme using ELM for generic platform
BCH8_ECC scheme implemented in omap_gpmc.c driver has following favours
+-----------------------------------+-----------------+-----------------+
|ECC Scheme | ECC Calculation | Error Detection |
+-----------------------------------+-----------------+-----------------+
|OMAP_ECC_BCH8_CODE_HW |GPMC |ELM H/W engine |
|OMAP_ECC_BCH8_CODE_HW_DETECTION_SW |GPMC |S/W BCH library |
+-----------------------------------+-----------------+-----------------+

Current implementation limits the BCH8_CODE_HW only for AM33xx device family.
(using CONFIG_AM33XX). However, other SoC families (like TI81xx) also have
ELM hardware module, and can support ECC error detection using ELM.

This patch
- removes CONFIG_AM33xx
Thus this driver can be reused by all devices having ELM h/w engine.
- adds omap_select_ecc_scheme()
A common function to handle ecc-scheme related configurations. This
can be used both during device-probe and via user-space u-boot commads
to change ecc-scheme. During device probe ecc-scheme is selected based
	on CONFIG_NAND_OMAP_ELM or CONFIG_NAND_OMAP_BCH8
- enables CONFIG_BCH
	S/W library (lib/bch.c) required by OMAP_ECC_BCHx_CODE_HW_DETECTION_SW
  	is enabled by CONFIG_BCH.
- enables CONFIG_SYS_NAND_ONFI_DETECTION
for auto-detection of ONFI compliant NAND devices
- updates following README doc
	doc/README.nand
	board/ti/am335x/README
	doc/README.omap3

beba5f04f2 mtd: nand: omap: make am33xx/elm.c as common driver for all OMAPx and AMxxxx platforms
ELM hardware engine which is used for ECC error detection, is present on all
latest OMAP SoC (like OMAP4xxx, OMAP5xxx, DRA7xxx, AM33xx, AM43xx). Thus ELM
driver should be moved to common drivers/mtd/nand/ folder so that all SoC
having on-chip ELM hardware engine can re-use it.
This patch has following changes:
- mv arch/arm/include/asm/arch-am33xx/elm.h arch/arm/include/asm/omap_elm.h
- mv arch/arm/cpu/armv7/am33xx/elm.c drivers/mtd/nand/omap_elm.c
- update Makefiles
- update #include <asm/elm.h>
- add CONFIG_NAND_OMAP_ELM to compile driver/mtd/nand/omap_elm.c
and include in all board configs using AM33xx SoC platform.

Prabhakar Kushwaha
68ec9c85a9 mtd: move & update nand_ecclayout structure (plus board changes)
nand_ecclayout is present in mtd.h at Linux.
Move this structure to mtd.h to comply with Linux.

Also, increase the ecc placement locations to 640 to suport device having
writesize/oobsize of 8KB/640B. This means that the maximum oobsize has gone
up to 640 bytes and consequently the maximum ecc placement locations have
also gone up to 640.

Changes from Prabhabkar's version (squashed into one patch to preserve
bisectability):
 - Added _LARGE to MTD_MAX_*_ENTRIES

This makes the names match current Linux source, and resolves
   a conflict between
   http://patchwork.ozlabs.org/patch/280488/
   and
   http://patchwork.ozlabs.org/patch/284513/

The former was posted first and is closer to matching Linux, but
unlike Linux it does not add _LARGE to the names. The second adds
_LARGE to one of the names, and depends on it in a subsequent patch
   (http://patchwork.ozlabs.org/patch/284512/).

 - Made max oobfree/eccpos configurable, and used this on tricorder,
alpr, ASH405, T4160QDS, and T4240QDS (these boards failed to build
for me without doing so, due to a size increase).

On tricorder SPL, this saves 2576 bytes (and makes the SPL build
again) versus the new default of 640 eccpos and 32 oobfree, and
saves 336 bytes versus the old default of 128 eccpos and 8 oobfree.

Conflicts:

	board/corscience/tricorder/Makefile
	board/ppcag/bg0900/Makefile
	drivers/bootcount/Makefile
	include/configs/omap4_common.h
	include/configs/pdnb3.h

Makefile conflicts are due to additions/removals of
object files on the ARM branch vs KBuild introduction
on the main branch. Resolution consists in adjusting
the list of object files in the main branch version.
This also applies to two files which are not listed
as conflicting but had to be modified:

	board/compulab/common/Makefile
	board/udoo/Makefile

include/configs/omap4_common.h conflicts are due to
the OMAP4 conversion to ti_armv7_common.h on the ARM
side, and CONFIG_SYS_HZ removal on the main side.
Resolution is to convert as this icludes removal of
CONFIG_SYS_HZ.

include/configs/pdnb3.h is due to a removal on ARM side.
Trivial resolution is to remove the file.

Note: 'git show' will also list two files just because
they are new:

	include/configs/am335x_igep0033.h
	include/configs/omap3_igep00x0.h

cc734f5ab2 cmd_ubi: add write.part command, to write a volume in multiple parts
This allows you to write data to an UBI volume when the amount of memory
available to write that data from is less than the total size of the
data. For example, you may split a root filesystem UBIFS image into
parts, provide the total size of the image to the first write.part
command and then use multiple write.part commands to write the
subsequent parts of the volume. This results in a sequence of commands
akin to:

  ext4load mmc 0:1 0x80000000 rootfs.ubifs.0
  ubi write.part 0x80000000 root 0x08000000 0x18000000
  ext4load mmc 0:1 0x80000000 rootfs.ubifs.1
  ubi write.part 0x80000000 root 0x08000000
  ext4load mmc 0:1 0x80000000 rootfs.ubifs.2
  ubi write.part 0x80000000 root 0x08000000

This would write 384MiB of data to the UBI volume 'root' whilst only
requiring 128MiB of said data to be held in memory at a time.

3aa29de0b0 TPL : introduce the TPL based on the SPL
Due to the nand SPL on some board(e.g. P1022DS)has a size limit, it can
not be more than 4K. So, the SPL cannot initialize the DDR with the SPD
code. This patch introduces TPL to enable a loader stub that is loaded
by the code from the SPL. It initializes the DDR with the SPD or other
operations.

The TPL's size is sizeable, the maximum size is decided by the memory's
size that TPL runs. It initializes the DDR through SPD code, and copys
final uboot image to DDR. So there are three stage uboot images:
	* spl_boot, * tpl_boot, * final uboot image

The code from the internal on-chip ROM. It loads the final uboot image

The SPL's size is sizeable, the maximum size must not exceed the size of L2

to DDR. So there are two stage uboot images:
	* spl_boot, 96KB size. The env variables are copied to L2 SRAM, so that
ddr spd code can get the interleaving mode setting in env. It loads
final uboot image from offset 96KB.
	* final uboot image, size is variable depends on the functions enabled.

against several types of attack. For example, it it possible to create a

to substitute a signed image from an older FIT version into a newer FIT

399c744b22 mkimage: Add -r option to specify keys that must be verified
Normally, multiple public keys can be provided and U-Boot is not
required to use all of them for verification. This is because some
images may not be signed, or may be optionally signed.

But we still need a mechanism to determine when a key must be used.
This feature cannot be implemented in the FIT itself, since anyone
could change it to mark a key as optional. The requirement for
key verification must go in with the public keys, in a place that
is protected from modification.

Add a -r option which tells mkimage to mark all keys that it uses
for signing as 'required'.

If some keys are optional and some are required, run mkimage several
times (perhaps with different key directories if some keys are very
secret) using the -F flag to update an existing FIT.

6a195d2d8a lcd: add functions to set up simplefb device tree
simple-framebuffer is a new device tree binding that describes a pre-
configured frame-buffer memory region and its format. The Linux kernel
contains a driver that supports this binding. Implement functions to
create a DT node (or fill in an existing node) with parameters that
describe the framebuffer format that U-Boot is using.

This will be immediately used by the Raspberry Pi board in U-Boot, and
likely will be used by the Samsung ARM ChromeBook support soon too. It
could well be used by many other boards (e.g. Tegra boards with built-in

0b1b60c779 ARM: OMAP5: Fix warm reset with USB cable connected
Warm reset on OMAP5 freezes when USB cable is connected.
Fix requires PRM_RSTTIME.RSTTIME1 to be programmed
with the time for which reset should be held low for the
voltages and the oscillator to reach stable state.

There are 3 parameters to be considered for calculating
the time, which are mostly board and PMIC dependent.
-1- Time taken by the Oscillator to shut + restart
-2- PMIC OTP times
-3- Voltage rail ramp times, which inturn depends on the
PMIC slew rate and value of the voltage ramp needed.

In order to keep the code in u-boot simple, have a way
for boards to specify a pre computed time directly using
the 'CONFIG_OMAP_PLATFORM_RESET_TIME_MAX_USEC'
option. If boards fail to specify the time, use a default
as specified by 'CONFIG_DEFAULT_OMAP_RESET_TIME_MAX_USEC' instead.
Using the default value translates into some ~22ms and should work in
all cases.
However in order to avoid this large delay hiding other bugs,
its recommended that all boards look at their respective data
sheets and specify a pre computed and optimal value using
'CONFIG_OMAP_PLATFORM_RESET_TIME_MAX_USEC'

In order to help future board additions to compute this
config option value, add a README at doc/README.omap-reset-time
which explains how to compute the value. Also update the toplevel
README with the additional option and pointers to
doc/README.omap-reset-time.

56376c4288 doc/ramboot.mpc85xx: Documented the RAMBOOT for MPC85xx
There could be scenarios where the user would like to manually(via JTAG)
configure the DDR/L2SRAM and load the bootloader binary onto DDR/L2SRAM.
This document explains thse usecases and the detailed explanation of what needs
to be done to use it.

Most of the code from CONFIG_SYS_RAMBOOT will be used except for small changes
of CCSRBAR etc.

The changes are not very large, but it is good to document them so that user
can get it working at once.

f828bf25fe sandbox: Add CONFIG_OF_HOSTFILE to read FDT from host file
With sandbox it is tricky to add an FDT to the image at build time (or
later) since we build an ELF file, not a plain binary, and the address
space of the whole U-Boot is not accessible in the emulated memory map
of sandbox.

Sandbox can read files directly from the host, though, so add an option
to read an FDT from a host file on start-up.

6cb83829a0 tools: arm: imx: Implement BOOT_OFFSET command for imximage
Implement BOOT_OFFSET command for imximage. This command is parallel
to current BOOT_FROM command, but allows more flexibility in configuring
arbitrary image header offset. Also add an imximage.cfg with default
offset values into arm/arch/imx-common/ so the board-specific imximage.cfg
can include this file to avoid magic constants.

The syntax of BOOT_OFFSET command is "BOOT_OFFSET <u32 offset>".
