bbe310cdaf arm64: Catch non-emulated semihosting calls
If a debugger is not attached to U-Boot, semihosting calls will raise a
synchronous abort exception. Try to catch this and disable semihosting
so we can e.g. use another uart if one is available. In the immediate
case, we return an error, since it is not always possible to check for
semihosting beforehand (debug uart, user-initiated load command, etc.)

We handle all possible semihosting instructions, which is probably
overkill. However, we do need to keep track of what instruction set
we're using so that we don't suppress an actual error.

A future enhancement could try to determine semihosting capability by
inspecting the processor state.  There's an example of this at [1] for
RISC-V. The equivalent for ARM would inspect the monitor modei
enable/select bits of the DSCR. However, as the article notes, an
exception handler is still helpful in order to catch disconnected
debuggers.

e97ac4780d arm64: Save esr in pt_regs
To avoid passing around an extra register everywhere, save esr in
pt_regs like the rest. For proper alignment we need to have a second
(unused) register. All the printfs have to be adjusted, since
it's now an unsigned long and not an int.

401d1c4f5d common: Drop asm/global_data.h from common header
Move this out of the common header and include it only where needed.  In
a number of cases this requires adding "struct udevice;" to avoid adding
another large header or in other cases replacing / adding missing header
files that had been pulled in, very indirectly.   Finally, we have a few
cases where we did not need to include <asm/global_data.h> at all, so
remove that include.

5cf9e3b237 common/board_r: arm: Merge initr_enable_interrupts into interrupts_init
initr_enable_interrupts() is an ARM-specific wrapper over
enable_interrupts(), which is run during the common init sequence. It can
be eliminated by moving the enable_interrupts() call to the end of
interrupt_init() function, in arch/arm/lib/interrupts*.c.

c30b7adbca common: Move interrupt functions into a new header
These functions do not use driver model but are fairly widely used in
U-Boot. But it is not clear that they will use driver model anytime soon,
so we don't want to label them as 'legacy'.

Move them to a new irq_func.h header file. Avoid the name 'irq.h' since it
is widely used in U-Boot already.

If an exception occurs in a loaded image and the relocation offset is
unknown, it is helpful to know the instructions pointed to by the
program counter. This patch adds the missing output.

A possible output is:

The parentheses indicate the instruction causing the exception.

The output can be disassembled using scripts/decodecode:

bba8165690 arm: print information about loaded UEFI images
If an exception occurs in a UEFI loaded image we need the start address of
the image to determine the relocation offset.

This patch adds the necessary lines after the registers in the crash dump
for armv8. A possible output would be:

UEFI image [0x00000000bffe6000:0x00000000bffe631f] pc=0x138 '/\snp.efi'

With the offset 0x138 we can now find the relevant instruction in the
disassembled 'snp.efi' binary.

83d290c56f SPDX: Convert all of our single license tags to Linux Kernel style
When U-Boot started using SPDX tags we were among the early adopters and
there weren't a lot of other examples to borrow from.  So we picked the
area of the file that usually had a full license text and replaced it
with an appropriate SPDX-License-Identifier: entry.  Since then, the
Linux Kernel has adopted SPDX tags and they place it as the very first
line in a file (except where shebangs are used, then it's second line)
and with slightly different comment styles than us.

In part due to community overlap, in part due to better tag visibility
and in part for other minor reasons, switch over to that style.

This commit changes all instances where we have a single declared
license in the tag as both the before and after are identical in tag
contents.  There's also a few places where I found we did not have a tag
and have introduced one.

fa7b8eae7c arm64: show_regs: Dump the LRs HW values
These were dropped in [1], after relocation, for their values offset by
reloc_off.
Unconditionally show the HW values and add a '(reloc)' hint for the
offset values showed after relocation.
Also, the LRs' dumps are now formatted the same way the other regs' are.

ELR and LR with asm file objdumped from elf file.

So subtract the gd->reloc_off the reflect the compliation address.

649829157e arm64: Allow EFI payload code to take exceptions
There are 2 ways an EFI payload could return into u-boot:

  - Callback function
  - Exception

While in EFI payload mode, x18 is owned by the payload and may not contain
a valid pointer to gd, so we need to fix it up. We do that properly for the
payload to callback path already.

This patch also adds gd pointer restoral for the exception path.
