This subsystem is quite old. It has been replaced with a driver-model
version (UCLASS_THERMAL). Boards are free to convert to that if required,
but here is a removal patch that could be applied in the meantime.

There are already two FIT options in Kconfig but the CONFIG options are
still in the header files. We need to do a proper move to fix this.
Move these options to Kconfig and tidy up board configuration:
CONFIG_FIT
CONFIG_OF_BOARD_SETUP
CONFIG_OF_SYSTEM_SETUP
CONFIG_FIT_SIGNATURE
CONFIG_FIT_BEST_MATCH
CONFIG_FIT_VERBOSE
CONFIG_OF_STDOUT_VIA_ALIAS
CONFIG_RSA
Unfortunately the first one is a little complicated. We need to make sure
this option is not enabled in SPL by this change. Also this option is
enabled automatically in the host builds by defining CONFIG_FIT in the
image.h file. To solve this, add a new IMAGE_USE_FIT #define which can
be used in files that are built on the host but must also build for U-Boot
and SPL.
Note: Masahiro's moveconfig.py script is amazing.

We have finished Generic Board conversion for ARM and PowerPC, i.e.
all the boards have been converted except OpenRISC, SuperH, SPARC,
which have not supported Generic Board framework yet.
Select SYS_GENERIC_BOARD in arch/Kconfig and delete all the macro
defines in include/configs/*.h.

This allows to define the ethaddr env variable according to the the IVM
content by reading the IVM in misc_init_r.
Later, when HUSH is available the content read earlier is analyzed to
populate some non env variables.

This must be defined for all the keymile boards that use the common
i2c_abort function that is used to "reset" the I2C bus. These are
currently km82xx and km_arm boards.
The km83xx boards use other functions and thus do not need this.
This patch removes the CONFIG_SYS_I2C_INIT_BOARD from keymile-common.h
and defines it for km_arm.h and km82xx.h.

mgcoge2ne was an intermediate step towards mgcoge3ne. One difference is the
smaller SDRAM on mgcoge2ne (128MB). To support both boards with the same
u-boot we use here the SDRAM detection.
This patch enables SDRAM detection between 256MB and 128MB.
So in addition to the existing 256MB geometry:
4 chips x 8M (13 rows, 10 cols) x 16 bit x 4 banks
we can now also have 128MB geometry:
4 chips x 4M (13 rows, 9 cols) x 16 bit x 4 banks
