The dcdc1 voltage is typically used as generic 3.3V IO voltage for things like
GPIO-s, sdcard interfaces, etc. On most boards this is undervolted to 3.0V to
safe battery, but not on all, make it configurable so that we can use the
same settings as the original firmware on all boards.

add a helper function to abstract this away.

It turns out that there is a too large spread between boards to handle this
with a default value, turn this into Kconfig options, and set the values
the factory images are using for the Colombus and Mele_M9 boards.
Note this changes the ZQ default when not overriden through defconfig from
120 to 123, as that is what most boards seem to actually use.

Old kernels cannot handle booting in non-secure (hyp) mode, so when
OLD_SUNXI_KERNEL_COMPAT is set, also set ARMV7_BOOT_SEC_DEFAULT.
Note that whether to booting secure or non-secure can always be overriden
using the bootm_boot_mode environment variable.

If the target power is connected through a gpio, then give the target some
time to power up before continuing with ahci / sata probing, this avoids
link timeouts, without penalizing other boards where there is no target
power gpio.
Why 500 ms ? I started with 200, that was not enough, then I went to 500 which
worked, lowering it to 350 broke things again, so 500 seems the minimum my
vertex2 needs to be ready to get probed.

This adds a fixed mode hdmi driver for the sunxi platform. The fixed
mode is a relatively safe 1024x768, more complete EDID handling is
currently not provided. Only HDMI is supported today.
This code is enabled when HPD detects an attached monitor.
Current config is such that 8MB is shaved off at the top of the RAM.
This avoids several memory handling issues, most significant is the fact
that on linux on ARM you are not allowed to remap known RAM as IO. A
clued in display driver will be able to recycle this reserved RAM in
future though.
cfbconsole was chosen as it provides the most important functionality: a
working u-boot console, allowing for the debugging of certain issues
without the need for a UART.

It's unfortunate that this needs to be present in both .config and spl/.config
since it makes it slightly hard to enable FEL mode for a regular defconfig. It
can be done with:

This commit introduces a Kconfig symbol for each ARM CPU:
CPU_ARM720T, CPU_ARM920T, CPU_ARM926EJS, CPU_ARM946ES, CPU_ARM1136,
CPU_ARM1176, CPU_V7, CPU_PXA, CPU_SA1100.
Also, it adds the CPU feature Kconfig symbol HAS_VBAR which is selected
for CPU_ARM1176 and CPU_V7.
For each target, the corresponding CPU is selected and the definition of
SYS_CPU in the corresponding Kconfig file is removed.
Also, it removes redundant "string" type in some Kconfig files.

Add a Kconfig option which users can select when they want to boot older
kernels, e.g. the linux-sunxi 3.4 kernels. For now this just forces the pll5
"p" value to 1 (divide by 2) as that is what those kernels are hardcoded too,
in the future this may enable further workarounds.

The basic blocks of the A23 are similar to the A31 (sun6i). Re-use
sun6i code for initial clock, gpio, and uart setup.
There is no SPL support for A23, as we do not have any documentation
or sample code for DRAM initialization.

None of the known sunxi devices actually use mmc1 routed through PH, where
as some devices do actually use mmc1 routed through PG, so change the routing
of mmc1 to PG. If in the future we encounter devices with mmc1 routed through
PH, we will need to change things to be a bit more flexible.

sunxi SOCs can boot from both mmc0 and mmc2, detect from which one we're
booting, and make that one "mmc dev 0" so that a single u-boot binary can
be used for both the onboard eMMC and for external sdcards.
When we're booting from mmc2, we make it dev 0 because that is where the SPL
will load the tertiary payload (the actual u-boot binary in our case) from,
see: common/spl/spl_mmc.c, which has dev 0 hardcoded everywhere.

The Mele M3 is yet another Allwinnner based Android top set box from Mele.
It uses a housing similar to the A2000, but without the USM sata storage slot
at the top.
It features an A20 SoC, 1G RAM, 4G eMMC (unique for Allwinner devices),
100Mbit ethernet, HDMI out, 3 USB A receptacles, VGA, and A/V OUT connections.

In order for the gmac nic to work reliable on the Bananapi, we need to set
bits 10-12 GTXDC "GMAC Transmit Clock Delay Chain" of the GMAC clk register
(0x01c20164) to 3.
Without this about 9 out of 10 ethernet packets get lost, with this setting
there is no packet loss.
So far setting these bits is only necessary on the Bananapi, so this commit
solves this with a bit of #ifdef CONFIG_BANANAPI code. If in the future we
need to do something similar for other boards, we can create a specific
CONFIG_FOO option for this then.

This enables the necessary clocks, in AHB0 and in PLL6_CFG. This is done
for sun7i only since I don't have access to any other sunxi platforms
with sata included.
The PHY setup is derived from the Alwinner releases and Linux, but is mostly
undocumented.
The Allwinner AHCI controller also requires some magic (and, again,
undocumented) DMA initialisation when starting a port. This is added under a
suitable ifdef.
This option is enabled for Cubieboard, Cubieboard2 and Cubietruck based on
contents of Linux DTS files, including SATA power pin config taken from the
DTS. All build tested, but runtime tested on Cubieboard2 and Cubietruck only.

We have switched to Kconfig and the boards.cfg file is going to
be removed. We have to retrieve the board status and maintainers
information from it.
The MAINTAINERS format as in Linux Kernel would be nice
because we can crib the scripts/get_maintainer.pl script.
After some discussion, we chose to put a MAINTAINERS file under each
board directory, not the top-level one because we want to collect
relevant information for a board into a single place.

Modify get_maintainer.pl to scan multiple MAINTAINERS files.

In Linux Kernel, defconfig files are located under
arch/${ARCH}/configs/ directory.
It works in Linux Kernel since ARCH is always given from the
command line for cross compile.
But in U-Boot, ARCH is not given from the command line.
Which means we cannot know ARCH until the board configuration is done.
That is why all the "*_defconfig" files should be gathered into a
single directory ./configs/.

Similar to the USB NIC found on OMAP5uEVM, PandaBoard and BeagleBoard-XM
boards, the sunxi SoCs have a NIC onboard without an embedded MAC address.
Just like the omap used on these boards, the sunxi SoCs do have a unique chip
id, in the form of the 128 bit SID register:

So mimick the BeagleBoard-XM board code (commit 548a64d8) and use the chip id
to generate a unique fixed MAC address.
We check for the SID not being all 0, since some early A20 batches
shipped without having there SID programmed.
Note we use specific parts of the 128 bits, since some parts indicate the
SoC family / revision, and thus are fixed. The algorithm for this was taken
from the linux-sunxi.org kernels.

Add support for the i2c controller found on all Allwinner sunxi SoCs,
this is the same controller as found on the Marvell orion5x and kirkwood
SoC families, with a slightly different register layout, so this patch uses
the existing mvtwsi code.

Many A20 boards (ie Cubieboard2, A20-OLinuXino_MICRO) use an 100 Mbit MII
phy together with the GMAC nic found in the A20 SoC, add support for this
(this will get used when we add these boards in a later patch).

Add support for the Allwinner A13 and A10s SoCs also know as the Allwinner
sun5i family, and the A13-OLinuXinoM A13 based and r7-tv-dongle A10s based
boards.
The only differences compared to the already supported sun4i and sun7i
families are all in the DRAM controller initialization:
-Different hcpr values
-Different MBUS settings
-Some other small initialization changes

Add support for the Allwinner A10 SoC also known as the Allwinner sun4i family,
and add the Cubieboard board which uses the A10 SoC.
Compared to sun7 only the DRAM controller is a bit different:
-Controller reset bits are inverted, but only for Rev. A
-Different hpcr values
-No MBUS on sun4i
-Various other initialization changes

It's "correct" in so far as it works (the boards.cfg config stuff

...I had thought that it was to support some other board which wasn't
being upstreamed right now, so eventually useful and harmless for now,
but I've just checked and it isn't actually used by any of the boards in
u-boot-sunxi.git. So rather than fix it to use #ifdef lets drop it.

This patch adds generic board, start of day and basic build system support for
the Allwinner A20 (sun7i) processor. This code will not been compiled until the
build is hooked up in a later patch. It has been split out to keep the patches
manageable.
