731ab362d5 efi_loader: simplify efi_set_load_options() 
* Replace the OpenProtocol() call by efi_search_protocol().
* Remove the CloseProtocol() call.

2363effb7a efi_loader: move load options to new module 
Move all load options related functions to a new module. So that they can
be compiled independently.
