42a0ce576f dm: devres: Add a new OFDATA phase 
Since the ofdata_to_platdata() method can allocate resources, add it as a
new devres phase.

8d6320cc4d dm: devres: Add tests 
The devres functionality has very few users in U-Boot, but it still should
have tests. Add a few basic tests of the main functions.
